be in such disgrace manners.

Hotel was a little dated. Upon arrival I was told they would be closing in 2 weeks, permanently. The property is turning into a data center. I love the hotel and staff overall. Quiet and relaxed property. To bad they are closing.

Nice place to stay
-
The air didn’t work and the elevators were out. The floor felt sticky and it was carpet!
-
The room was not cleaned at all. Large areas of black mold in the bathroom. Cherry stem in the floor. Visible dust, stains in the bedsheets. Microwave smelled. The only reason why I am not rating this property a 1 star is because the front desk staff seemed visibly upset that my room was in terrible shape and wanted to help. She offered to have me shown two more rooms. The second one smelled of mildew and there was hair left over in the sink. The third one was overall fine. Still had a musty smell and a few stains on the bathroom wall. I was told this property will close soon, which could explain why they stopped caring about upkeep, however it is no excuse as people are still staying in these rooms and should be cleaned thoroughly between visits all the way until the last person checks out. Very disappointing for a Sheraton.

I would've definitely booked here again ut I learned from one of the staff that they will be shutting down in less than 2 weeks due to the property having been bought by a company who wants to build a data center. The location was great, parking was plentiful, restaurant inside the hotel was good, staff were friendly and the amenities were good.

-
Great service, clean rooms. Everything that you need for a very comfortable stay is there
-
There was only one working elevator for this large property. The air was not working properly, the hallways were humid and the rooms were extremely cold
-
Found out when got there they were closing pool not heated, elevator didn’t work
-
It was clean... but the bed was sinking, there was damage to the walls, some of the ice machines were broken, it was HOT like the ac was broken.
-
Only one elevator was working which resulted in long lines and delay
-
The room was hot when arrived. We had to get fans from the lobby. The water was shut off without any notice. The elevator took forever because one of the elevator’s was broken. Wouldn’t stay there again.
-
El baño la ducha tenía oxido y las cortinas de la sala de estar estaban manchadas
-
They posted breakfast including when we checked in. They informed we got discounts rate therefore no breakfast. We haven’t seen that information when we booked. Besides only 1 elevator for the whole facility. The elevator is limited 2 persons or 1 family at a time. It took for ever to wait for elevator.
-
Worse experience ever, very dirty facilities and just one elevator working for a full capacity hotel is very risky to stay, what if there is an emergency?
-
lady at the front desk when we first came in to check in told me one of the elevator was broken and they were not going to fix it, waited almost 10 minutes every time trying to use the working one
-
For what I was charged, this was a terrible experience.
-
My overall experience was good but check in could have been a little more pleasant. As I was waiting in line to be checked in another guest was asking why the elevator was taking so long. The employee of the hotel replied that the was only one elevator working and the other elevator wasn't working and it wasn't going to be fixed because the hotel will be closing in July, instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience she said it in a very offensive manner which made everyone in line uncomfortable. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I dislike the fact that it will be closing.
