Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel / Arundel Mills

Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were really cleaned.

Staff was accommodating, and the shuttle to and from the airport was a plus as I needed to use the light rail and public transportation during the entirety of my trip to Baltimore.

Clean, spacious room. My sister called ahead and was able to check in a little earlier for us. Breakfast was good - they had hot food, fruit, cereal, pastries, juice, and coffee. Plenty of parking. Would stay again

Special kudos to General Manager Raymond there, who was really helpful and such a nice person overall. Property has to and fro airport shuttle and that is connected to light rails and Amtrak stations so that's an added advantage. Rooms were clean and spacious as well.

The hotel was easy to get to. The fact that it was quiet was very important as I have been to hotels with very thin walls. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too! Great price also during a busy time. Would absolutely stay here again for another concert!

The breakfast was just a continental basic breakfast, nothing over the top. Overall the hotel could use some updates, modifications, etc. The light in the rooms and bathroom were very dim and the shower had great water pressure but the center of the tub felt like it was giving in when you stood there. We were told they are under new management so hopefully they get things turned around

It was horrifying to realize what had been happening, and now we are also worried that we may have carried them with us in my belongings. The whole experience has left me feeling disgusted, stressed, and very bitter about the stay.

Staff was great even with such a huge influx of guests due to the concert in the area. Everyone was super helpful and kind during out stay.

Kind staff and clean rooms

I did not the best stay here. It took 20 minutes for us to check in (but the staff was very apologetic), there was no shampoo/conditioner in our room. They had us come get it from the front desk. The shower was stinky and there were some weird stains on top of the shower. There was also no room service and they did not replace our towels :(.

On a 92 degree day, the pool was freezing because it’s indoors and not heated. There was a sauna. Take your own toiletries. Sample shampoo, conditioner, wash, etc. They ran out and didn’t have any more to give other than the 1 each that were in the room. We are family of 4. Front desk was great little forgetful. Breakfast was a hard pass. At least there were fruit loops for the kids and a fancy coffee machine for me. If I had no other options, I’d stay again. No late checkout is ridiculous when breakfast ends at 930am, pool opens at 10am and checkout at 11am?! You check in at 10pm, you must be out at 11am, period. For the price was was ok, I could have spent $20 more and stayed at a better place.

Bathroom was dated and needed attention. Shower was dripping. Nothing terrible though.

The pool and sauna were very nice, though. Overall, I think it was decent for the price.

The trash can on the 3rd floor was full for 2 days.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I have no complaints. The only minor issue was a key card needing to be reset twice during my stay, but the front desk handled it efficiently. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.
