We had a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The room was exceptional and the price was even better! Nothing!

I have stayed at this property at 2 times per year for the last six years.

They double charged me for my room. I paid with my card on the app and then had to pay once again when I arrived. I tried to explain that to the lady working but she had no clue what I was trying to tell her.

Our room had so much mold on the ceiling it gave me a soar throat. When we would leave the hotel my throat would feel better, then came back when we returned. We switched rooms to a room that was so humid that all of the floor and bedding were very wet.

The hotel is overall fine but in my room (#110) I noticed some mold like smell and noticed there is a mold developing on the roof of the bathroom. Besides that everything was in good shape and staff was very courtious.
