The hotel is overall fine but in my room (#110) I noticed some mold like smell and noticed there is a mold developing on the roof of the bathroom. Besides that everything was in good shape and staff was very courtious.

Good location. A great price. Room was bigger than expected. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was small.

The location, the check in staff were friendly, Room was dirty, curtains had stains, AC unit was dirty, the pipes were loud, the room had a smell and the floors were very dirty. When attempting to check out the staff were having long conversations in the office audible in the lobby, but when attempting to call their attention multiple times, was ignored at the front desk.

Location in Erie. Easy to enter and exit More seating area in dinning area, relocate garbage container in dining room away from table. Need garbage container outside building at rear door and parking lot, resident cleaned out there car and left it at rear of building and in parking lot. Room had a very strong musty smell, maybe mold smell.. it was difficult to control heating and cooling. Outdoor ground spot light shinned in room and curtain did stay closed to block light..

The room was a nice size and clean. Had a walk-in shower which we loved.Fridge was a nice size and there was a microwave and coffee maker. The only thing we’d like is a chair to watch tv and just relax, there’s enough room for one. There is a desk and chair also.

Price was good for the stay.Breakfast was included..Staff did bring new towels and collected the garbage.Good location next to a lot of stores. Upon arrival,got checked in,went to the room to get settled in and change for dinner.I noticed that the bathroom door did not slide all the way shut.Tryed to make a coffee and the coffee pot spit out water and the coffee grinds all over the desk.I went to the front desk and told them,she said she would see if she could have it fixed or move me to a different room.The next day,the toilet messed plunged,it only had toilet paper in it,and would not go down.I went to the desk again and told them about the toilet and asked about another room or fix the door to the bathroom.She said she would look into it.,They did send someone to plunge the toilet,and thank goodness my daughter was dressed.She called me while I was downstairs and she said someone knocked them came in and said toilet,and plunged it and left.Next morning get up for breakfast,and litterly not a lot there.Ran out of bacon, sausage was not cooked,eggs were not even warm.By this point,I am just over the whole stay there.I will not be staying there again and never did fix the door or a new room.It doesn't seem like they even cared about it.It was. Inconvenience to me and my family,since the bathroom is right inside the door when you come into the room

The bathroom door wasn’t even a door. Giving no privacy for using the bathroom with family in the room. There were chunks missing out of the wall. There also wasn’t any soap in the soap bottles.

The property was clean and rooms were good size. The thing we didn’t like was the sliding glass bathroom door which doesn’t give much privacy especially when sharing a room

Location was great and it was clean. Pillows were super soft and flat. Stacked 3 but not comfortable and pool was down.

We had a beautiful room! Our daughter & family stayed in another room. It was not as large as ours but was nice. Super comfy beds. Clean. Breakfast was great! There was yogurt (not in cups) with multiple toppings which was unusual & yummy. Also of course, nice filling options of egg, meat, potatoes, waffles... We stayed here before & would stay again! Also received a goodie bag. Not sure if it was bc of status or for everyone, but it was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly too.

The breakfast was sub-par, the pool was closed and they could not give a timetable on when it would be open. We were there 5 days and the pool was closed the entire time. The room did not smell fresh
