Room wasn’t ready when arrived at check in and when I came back received a handicap room by the elevator. Why would you give someone a handicap room unless requested and not tell them upon check in. There for four days saw house cleaning once. So if you don’t clean often, why are rooms not available. Improvements are needed for the $$.

We had a quick stay but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, breads and yogurt. It was a nice atay

We just needed an overnight on the road, and this did the job very well. The check-in guy was super-nice, the room clean, everything in great shape. Will def stay there again next time we're coming through

Had to pay for WiFi. They advertise free Internet. False advertising!!

Room was clean and good size, all the amenities. Shower was nice with good pressure. Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel, which was nice. Everything nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Clean and smelled fresh. Amazing pancakes, coffee was mid but fine. Eggs and sausage and breads, yogurt available, chocolate milk for rhe kiddos. Friendly staff, workout space and pool. Great place for the price!

I had to sign up to become a rewards member just to use the free WiFi.

Great location close to stores and restaurants!

Great staff at check in, huge room, clean, quit, and comfortable. Breakfast was good , better than many, but the eggs were a bit rubbery. All in all, a great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful! Will definitely be back when traveling through the area again. Very clean, very comfortable, very pleasant experience — convenient to highway & restaurants a big plus! Also, the pool was OPEN in comparison to so many other places we stayed where the pool was closed for repair, etc. when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality!

Comfortable rooms, coffee 24/7, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Let’s cation was great too. Near a lot of restaurant and highway access. Only one picnic table to sit outside. Need a few more chairs and tables for outside seating.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent with the area having plenty of room and seating, pool was nice and warm Nothing wrong with the hotel but hoping the coaches/parents of the soccer team from plum PA see this as they should be ashamed of the behavior displayed by the boys at the pool...I get it, boys will be boys but the fact they were whipping a football so hard i wouldn't be surprised to see dents in the wall, mind you other people were in the pool and one of those balls almost hit my son, jumping in the pool almost on top of others, going to the ice machine and bringing back handfuls of ice and throwing it at their friends in the pool (the warm pool) and using the hose as a toy to spray each other and spray all over the pool area was behavior they all were old enough to know better and the two male "chaperones" there found the behavior fun enough to partake themselves which did nothing but encourage further poor behavior from these boys. With this, I need to commend the evening hotel worker as he came and calmly but sternly commented on the behavior and the complaints he was receiving (their behavior pushed out everyone) and encouraged fun but needs to be safe and not misusing hotel property, he removed the hose and locked it up and calmly left. Sadly, they used other things to still play with the spicket and continued the behavior after the correction at which point we left as we didnt want to be associated with baboon like behavior any longer so again, plum soccer team parents and coaches please show your boys to do better while in hotels for games.

The property was a great location for what we needed to be there for. It was by the interstate but I could not even hear the traffic. We had issues with our room card a few times but the staff fixed it. It was just annoying but was handled swiftly.
