We had a great time. Kc on staff was exceptional. Very clean and spacious room. Pool was great, heated nicely. Breakfast was good, nice variety. The lady that was serving the breakfast and putting it out was very kind. I did not catch your name.parking was good. Well lit.

Outside the side of the building needs to have the weeds pulled or sprayed.

Paid $500 for a Jacuzzi suite just for only 1 of the jets in the jacuzzi worked.. was a very clean place with friendly staff though.

The staff was very nice and quite helpful. We arrived at close to 10pm, and we were very hungry. The clerk advised that a local pizza place was still open and that they delivered. So, that is what we did. The room was very nice, as was the free breakfast.

Well maintained. Clean towels which is not the norm now. Easy access. Coffee and breakfast. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Perfectly located in Erie.

We stopped here for one night while traveling. Clean, kind, comfortable. Everything you need for a pitstop. We didnt use any amenities. The bed was great and breakfast was good

The staff at the front desk were very nice, explained services in detail and just great all around. For some reason there were piles of dirty towels outside of several rooms on my floor (3rd). Why? Who put them there? Why were they not removed? Just give me wifi free ( included in cost of the room) without requiring rewards membership.

I spilled coffee on the bed and your maid, Summer, was especially nice to help me by changing the bed. She was so nice. Also the lady at the front desk when we checked in recommended a restaurant nearby that was wonderful. You are fortunate to have such nice and efficient people working for you. The television channel selections were awesome.

Clean, and quick check in. Breakfast was very good. The doors need some kind of seal or weather stripping to prevent the door from moving. All day, and throughout the night the door would clank, probably from air in the hall from other guests opening doors. But very annoying every few minutes hearing the door knock. Simple, but necessary fix.

Exceptional

We were fortunate to stay in a comfortable, spacious room on the 1st floor close to an exit where we parked our vehicle. We were also close to the pool, lobby and breakfast area. In spite of the high traffic near our room, it was remarkably quiet. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Lots of choices - eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes. We enjoyed the 24hr coffee/tea/hot cocoa & juice station. Great place to stay in Erie, close to the interstate, shopping and local attractions.
