Computer system was down. No backup plan to get arrivals in their rooms.

Loved our room with the kitchenette. Room was spacious. It was a great stay with my three grandkids.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was set up very nicely. The bathroom was filthy and so was the kitchen. The sheets were ripped up. We enjoyed our stay and every staff was kind, but the housekeeping was definitely not the best.

I reserved 2 queen beds but they put me and my friend in one king bed. I complained to front desk but they refused to copperate. Plus the shower was cold.

The breakfast was good and the amenities great. but things weren't very clean.

Walls are thin can hear the room next to you.

The hotel staff advised us to contact Expedia customer service to resolve the issue. However, after a long day of travel with elderly family members and young children, we were not willing to spend more time on the phone trying to sort it out at midnight. Another disappointment was the inaccurate information about EV charging. Before booking, I called the hotel and was told that although they didn’t have an EV charger on-site, I could use one at their sister property next door. At check-in, the staff confirmed the same. However, when I went to the sister property, I found that they did not have an EV charger either. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and made me question the reliability of the information provided by the hotel. Overall, the stay started with multiple avoidable issues. I recommend that anyone booking through a third-party site confirm room details directly with the hotel, and if EV charging is important to you, verify its availability independently rather than relying on the information provided.

Arrived and was told our room was not available, they gave us a king suite instead of two double beds. They comped some bottles of water for us and offered us ice cream novelties and Hilton Rewards Points. It was fine, we made the situation work. Facilities were acceptably clean. There were wet spots on the floors and in elevators from guests who had used the pool. Some paper waste/food waste from messy guests. Breakfast was functional. The bed was comfy and the room was cool. Overall a decent and clean stay with friendly staff. It was a busy weekend and this is a very family friendly hotel across from a water "resort", so much of what we encountered was to be expected.

We had a last-minute reservation and they accommodated without hesitation. The staff is super friendly and nice and the property was so helpful for a long-term stay.

Dirty room, breakfast was hit or miss (only good if it had just come out fresh), soap products were empty, rooms were very loud early morning and late night.
-
Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast wasn't great. Cleanliness not terrible but could have been better. Overall stay was fine for the 3 of us for 2 nights.
-
The front desk man didnt explain any of the hours (pool or breakfast), the pool was freezing, the fire pit did not work. There was a leftover pizza left in our room fridge and there was some garbage left in our bathroom wastebasket.

GOOD NOTHING

Now, the only comment would be that we are used to having a lot of Gluten Free options at breakfast in other Home2, but there were none here. They did have the Oat Milk though. So the food lacked a little in my opinion. That being said, we came to town unexpectedly and Home2 didn't have availability for all the nights we had to stay. We went to other hotels rated very highly in this site. They were horrible!! When others family came back to town, we got them a room here! It was the cleanest, safest, nicest hotel we experienced and we absolutely would stay here if we ever had to return.
