Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast wasn't great. Cleanliness not terrible but could have been better. Overall stay was fine for the 3 of us for 2 nights.

The front desk man didnt explain any of the hours (pool or breakfast), the pool was freezing, the fire pit did not work. There was a leftover pizza left in our room fridge and there was some garbage left in our bathroom wastebasket.

Now, the only comment would be that we are used to having a lot of Gluten Free options at breakfast in other Home2, but there were none here. They did have the Oat Milk though. So the food lacked a little in my opinion. That being said, we came to town unexpectedly and Home2 didn't have availability for all the nights we had to stay. We went to other hotels rated very highly in this site. They were horrible!! When others family came back to town, we got them a room here! It was the cleanest, safest, nicest hotel we experienced and we absolutely would stay here if we ever had to return.

Location near HWY 90. It needs updating, especially the bathroom.

I stay there. I try to make shower. It is no hot water. I asked the front desk. They said he doesn’t know. They told him it is no hot water they don’t really care about this problem

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Breakfast had a really amazing “Create your own breakfast sandwich” option.

Need a light over the desk area

The main issue was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat in the room and we were sweating all night. The front desk couldn’t help us except to offer to switch our room which wasn’t an option cause we had sleeping children. The other thing was that their card maker wasn’t working so the front desk person had to let us into the room and then we had no key card.

I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. He told me I could change rooms if i wanted to… well I was not going to stay in a dark room so I had to pack up ALL of my things and move to a different room. The room that we were in had no toilet paper, I called down, and they said that there was only one staff there, so I had to come and get it myself. The room we were moved to also had flickering lights. Seems to just be a building electrical issue. Room was decent. Aside from those things and whomever stayed on the fourth floor above me stomping around. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Very clean room. Everything looked brand new. Breakfast had many options. Would definitely stay again.

Good setup for us and our grandson. The pool wasn’t warm enough and it was very noisy. There is a need for acoustic panels.
