Easy access from the highway. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Overall a great stay!

The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet, good soundproofing. The room temperature was perfect. Good location near interstate and many restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. Good room darkening shade. The breakfast could have been better, for example, the coffee wasn't hot. The sofa was hard as a rock.

Front desk representative Stephanie was super nice and went out of her way to get us settled. Unfortunately we picked a time when a hockey tournament was in town. Very obnoxious and rude kids running all over the place and no parental discipline. Would not even listen to hotel personnel. Not the hotels fault.

My son and I were running late to reach the hotel by midnight. We were able to make sure that we didn't lose our reservation. We had to join Hilton Rewards so that we wouldn't lose our reservation.

The accommodations were very nice for a one night stay. I was originally quoted $211.00 for this room on booking.com. I did not challenge it at the time because there are sometimes refundable incidental fee's. I'm still not understanding the final charge of $282.50. Any explanation would be appreciated.

Good location, staff was friendly, had breakfast daily. Had kitchen in the room. Outside was well maintained. Since we arrived before 3 pm and couldn’t check in, we asked whether they could store our suitcases until 3 pm, they had no storage. The bathroom was really small, shower had mold, not well maintained inside. Missing dishes and cutlery. Nobody told us that there would be no room cleaning, we found out by reading a paper stuck on the mirror in the bathroom that towels would be changed and trash taken out every other day. This was done by housekeeping knocking on the door and asking if we needed towels or trash thrown out every other day. The room was cleaned completely only when we specifically asked, which was once. At night I saw usually one staff member by the front desk. There is no security guard that I saw, meanwhile the front door opens automatically for everyone. There was no ATM in the hotel and the staff didn’t know where we could find the closest one. These are just small details.

Pleasantly surprised with the room. We had a king suite. With accessible tub shower. Very large room,, king bed,pull out couch, fridgerator,microwave,sink, dishes,coffee maker, toaster. Very clean nice bathroom.breakfast was outstanding, something for all. Hot and cold. Pool was very nice. Pet friendly hotel. Doggie treats at front desk. Also had a table for kids with coloring pages and packs of crayons and bowl of rice crispy treats! The pull out was for was son it was full size and very comfy and king bed was heaven! Bathroom well stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and Body lotion on wall by sink. Only complaint was the people above us has children who started running and jumping around from 7:30 at night. I spoke to front desk at 9:15 she said she would speak to them. It still continued until 11:00 pm had to contact again as it had woken my son who has autism, and is difficult to get him to sleep. It finally quieted down at 12:30. Then started up at 6:30 am. Not a good time. Had it not been for that it would have been a perfect stay. But otherwise everything else was great.

We stayed for 3 nights and Homes 2 Suite staff were phenomenal! They were very helpful with our needs. The hotel suites were very roomy. The parking lot was being sealed and parking was limited due to another property connecting that was being sealed also. Not normally an issue. The upper comforter on our bed had stains on which we did not use. But this was very close to everything we wanted to do and would stay there again.

Clean, friendly staff, room was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Only minor complaint about the entire place would be pillows are the greatest, but not awful at all.
