carpet with a lot of spots in room. Room not very big. Breakfast hot items not very hot. need more area to sit for breakfast.

Clean, easily accessible, organized staff, efficient staff. Clean rooms and good a/c.

They advertised having a sauna, but it was closed. The front desk help wasn’t at the front desk, usually, sitting in an office in the back. The breakfast food was just Luke warm 3 of the 4 mornings. The area around the pool and deck need to be cleaned. The rooms were clean on top, but build up gunk along the corners and where the floor meets the wall.

Everything seemed to be broke ask for first floor near door we are elderly they gave us a room 3rd floor farest from the door.😕

Great staff, breakfast was excellent with sausage, scrambled eggs, home fries, waffle maker, bagels, cereal. Pool area and hot tub were clean and warm. Seriously great property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The people were very nice and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't like the bathroom setup. The toilet and shower stall are in a tiny room, very small and without any air coming in. The shower stall was dirty but it may have been an oversight since the rest of the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Room was extremely clean except the carpet needs to be replaced. It was smelly. Trying to get coffee in the morning was a joke. Small pots always empty lots of people need coffee in the morning. Pool and hot tub look lovely. Cleaning staff was exceptional. She stopped what she was doing and help me get in my door which I could not open. Very noisy until 11:00 p.m. sounded like there was a herd of elephants above us. Need to soundproof better.

Was a very nice stay. However, I think housekeeping should check all rooms daily to see if something needs filled, replaced, or taken out. After several days we had to go hunt down someone for toilet paper. The trash was overflowing by day 3.

Check-in was at 5 pm, and there was a very long line.

Signs all over said breakfast at 6:00, got there to eat, sign on the door, not till 7:30. Had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast.
