Convenient location with lots of food choices around the area.

Check-in & out was fast and simple. The room was clean. It very, very, helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave-my daughter has diabetes and sometimes need food right away. The staff at breakfast was super helpful and friendly. There were a lot of people, but they kept everything fully stocked, which kept the rotation moving. I will return to this location in the future.

Their loud and disrespectful demeanor further compounded the issue. 3. **Star Rating**: Based on my experience, I cannot consider this hotel to be rated as a 4-star establishment; it barely qualifies as a 1-star. 4. **Payment Transparency**: The payment process was unclear, with additional fees applied without proper justification. I made my reservation based on a specific amount, yet the final payment was significantly higher than expected. 5. **Lack of Clarification**: There was no explanation or substantiation provided for these extra costs, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests

The new room was great. Comfortable bed, ac easy to use, and worked great in 95° heat, the pool was gorgeous. Great place close to the highway. The lake was only about 15 minutes away. Breakfast wasn't much... cereal, waffles and bread. Everything else was outstanding! Thank you all! 😊

Great room & nice breakfast. Party in pool when we arrived so we could not use the pool, too crowded.

Bedding was clean. Location was convenient and the front desk help was friendly.

The breakfast was okay,but the potatoes were too spicy to be edible. There was one overworked staff member who couldn’t keep up with making coffee for all of the guests. She bore up well under stress and we tipped her for her courageous efforts.

The hotel had the best breakfast ever. The eggs were great and the sausage was spicey. Perfect.

The pool and hot tub were nice The room was dirty and our ac barely worked but when we went to the front desk no one was out there we waited ten minutes. I should have taken pictures of the pull out mattress it was filthy looked like blood on it.

The breakfast was very good; there was plenty to choose from including hot and cold items. The staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and check out. There is a great pool area, tropical themed, that has a generous sized indoor pool and jacuzzi. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I was able to get a great night's rest. The in-room mirror was missing so I had to wait till my son was done showering to finish getting ready. The staff at the front desk was going to check on it / follow up with maintenance, should be corrected/replaced for the next guest.

The property was clean , inviting and comfortable . The staff was kind and friendly, the especially Tina who help with our reservations . The complimentary breakfast was good

Good bed Unfriendly staff

Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!
