Location was great, after hours staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was lacking, space not comfortable, easy to navigate, food layout was not as appealing as some.

Everything was as expected

The room was crowded and even after 2 requests for a cot, they informed us that the room was too small for a cot. We requested a bigger room and they said they didn't have. The room had a very bad funky odour, dirty carpets, and the shower was hardly big enough to turn around in. We will never go back.

Rooms were okay, beds very hard, shower door almost coming off hinges. Mostly noisy, young children unattended running up and down the halls, slamming doors. Finally someone came to the 2nd floor and settled them down. Cold coffee convenient is its best quality.

Friendly staff. Accommodated early check-in request Room was clean, but in disrepair (broken toilet paper holder, peeling paint, etc. Fitness Rm was 81 degrees on thermostat that couldn’t be adjusted with tv blaring in small empty room, which could also not be adjusted.

Jets in hot tub were broke. Hot breakfast was cold both mornings. Shower is the size of a phone booth. Sink is outside the bathroom. Light over sink was too dim to apply make-up. Did not see anyone at the front desk except when we checked in.

Great experience, better than plenty of more expensive places, has whirlpool. Family friendly, so not a quiet place to get away

It appeared to be an older hotel that has been updated. There were some cosmetic issues but nothing that caused issues (i.e. stained spots on the carpet in the hallway that discolored the carpet, little things in the room). The room was spacious and smelled good. It had a ironing board, iron, small coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The plugs beside the bed were older and didnt hold my charger plug in very good. I used my battery backup to charge my phone. The shower was on the smaller side (older hotel). The toilet and shower were in a seperate room with the sink area just outside the door so some could get ready while others showered. The bed wasn't "my bed" but it was more comfortable than some hotel beds I've slept on. The breakfast offered a wide variety with hot food, waffles you make, and continental breakfast options. The coffee was surprisingly good! I will stay there again if I am back in that area.

Property was good. Some opportunities would be better pillows, better ability to go thru channels or have a manual reference to channels, more fruit options at breakfast, and larger coffee cups.

The staff, food and room were all the quality expected of a Choice Hotel. The rooms need better soundproofing, though, as young children laughing, screaming, and shouting through the halls after midnight was not conducive to a restful stay.

My daughter enjoyed using the fitness center. Overall, not a bad stay. But we definitely paid more than we should have to stay here based on amenities and property upkeep.

We have stayed here several times with no issues, this time it just seemed to be a lot more dirty, our door lock was broken, the closet doors in the room were broken, and the swimming pool was really neglected.
