Beds were comfortable. Easy right off the highway. Felt safe and clean. Small workout room is good. Breakfast was not tasty. Hallways leading to rooms were hot. Front staff seemed to be in training when we arrived late the night before. Hard to understand and not terribly helpful until a manager came out.

This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.

Very clean property, nice 24 hour hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. But most importantly, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Kristen. She is 10/10 employee!! Great location, 15 min to presque isle, 5 min to excellent mall. Quiet property, good parking. The only thing I didn't like was no bathtub in room, shower only.

Beds were comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. It was a no frills goodnight sleep. Surrounding area was safe and well appointed. Our only complaint is that the “breakfast” is primarily a yogurt bar and various breads , plus hard boiled eggs. Luckily there are other breakfast restaurants in the area.

Easy access from the highway. Very welcoming to my dog. No microwave in the room which is quite inconvenient when traveling with a dog.

The beds were so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was heated so it was freezing.

A very nice, modern hotel, with an excellent staff and property location. Easy parking. A very safe area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Everything was really nice and clean , the staff was friendly and me and my fur baby really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again .
