Worst room I've ever stayed in from a Wyndham property.

When I paid through you guys a month ago . I went down the Fourth of July and I had to stay in room whole Day with my kids couldn’t do what I was planned to do they charged me twice and front desk was very rude to me

The hotel is conveniently connected to Splash Lagoon. However the hotel is outdated with one working elevator, issues with the televisions, furniture, toilet not flushing, and over all cleanliness. Found pills on the floor in our hotel room, and bedding did not appear fresh. The hallways filled with trash when arriving to our floor. Will not be returning.

Room size, clean, easy access, friendly staff Breakfast foods potatoes were cold and dry, eggs overcooked! It wasn’t bad but nothing to rave about!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels.

Staff really helped with our 2 year olds Birthday celebration. Breakfast options limited (scrambled eggs, sausage links, and potatoes both days)

The rooms were clean and comfortable The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. TV in the room that we booked did not work so they moved us to another room which was actually a little bit nicer than the one we had.The breakfast that everybody said was really good, wasn't that great we ate there the first morning and went down the road to a regular restaurant for breakfast the next morning All in all it was a good stay

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, breakfast was yummy, only thing to note is buying anywhere but the splash lagoon website doesn’t have splash lagoon passes

The tub was very high and difficult to get into to take a shower. The tub floor was slippery.

The price and location was good My mom is handicap and our room was right next to the door, leading to the waterpark. The guests going in and out were way too loud all night until it closed. Also, the outside lighting was shining right in the window. My mom likes a dark room to sleep. It was hard for her to fall asleep.

The breakfast was ok. Most hotels have link sausage.The waffles were good. The staff did not keep up with cleaning the tables.The one staff was on his phone will walking around. I never did see the staff wipe off a table the whole time I was there. People had to wipe off a table to set down.

The hotel is an older but was updated in some areas. Breakfast area was clean and food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I’m the Erie area again I would definitely stay again

It was very nice and clean They failed to let us know splash lagoon was closed and they had no pool

Room was very clean. We had a suite which was nice. Everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and staff was amazing check-in and check out wishes as expected. Will definitely stay there again.
