Great stay and location

The room was a bit small (single queen) but had everything we needed for one night. Rooms in Erie are almost always a bit pricey so chose the least expensive of the available hotels/rooms.

We did not like the rom size. The hotel could use a refresh. A lot of general cosmetic maintenance needs done. The cleanliness of the room was fine except for the carpeting which was sticky. Common areas could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was exceptional! There was different hot things offered each day. The staff was very friendly. The bed was sooooo comfortable. It is close to Presque Isle and had everything we needed. The view from the room wasn't great but I wasn't there for a room with a view so it was perfectly fine.

I liked the clean room and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Management was friendly. The lobby was dirty. There was a leak on the ceiling by the ice machine. The hallways were tired looking and not the cleanest.

It was a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. However the lobby smell is so strong with some time of air freshener that was just so overwhelming it made it difficult to eat breakfast. Other than that it is a nice hotel. Mirror was dirty, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

The breakfast was fairly good, but the power would go out from it being over burdened due to over use and wait times were increased to refill the service areas. Money is hard to come by these days. I'd like to think I matter as a consumer. In much need of improvement.
