The property is dated,needs some remolding

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room met our needs and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and had the typical options. Carpets were in dire need of sweeping though. Over all this was a decent hotel.

The hotel is newer and modern. But the bathroom fixtures were all loose and wobbly. Since this is a pet friendly hotel, there was considerable dog hair in the carpet. The staff was quite helpful and pleasant. But they messed up our room reservations. Because small children were involved, we needed a specific layout, with 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. but when we arrived those rooms were gone. The breakfast was quite nice, and there seemed to be no rush to end it at precisely 9:30. It's close to Splash Lagoon. But that really doesn't matter much. You still have to drive. Whether it's 1/2 a mile from the hotel, or 3 miles from a nicer place off of Peach Street.

Had to drive home, so skipped a breakfast as it’s no use of complimentary breakfast if not served on time Lady at front desk was not friendly, she was busy on her phone rather then help kitchen staff and serve breakfast on time

The hotel was rated an 8.1 star level which made me assume it would be a really nice hotel. It appeared old inside. There was an odd smell of in the hallway. The room was not as clean as expected. There were crumbs on the floor around the fridge.

Comfortable, needs were met. Staff were amazing friendly greeted us with cookies and a goodie bag. NA

It was located near I90, near MANY restaurants. It was clean and moderately priced. Nothing.

Very nice staff. We appreciated the hand written gift bag upon arriving. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Only thing was that the room had a stinky smell.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stopover during a long drive from Buffalo to Nashville. The hotel itself is in need of an update; signs of wear and tear were visible everywhere—in the elevator, the hallways, and the room and bathroom. The room was small and had two double beds. The air conditioner was very noisy and rattled. There was dust and cobwebs on the lamps and ceiling. The price was too high; it could have been lower, given the level of service provided. One positive point is the breakfast. The hotel provided a continental breakfast, including hot food. Cleanliness and hotel average condition. Looks like management does not look after the hotel very well.

Easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants. The mints.? Everything was fine

The room was a bit small (single queen) but had everything we needed for one night. Rooms in Erie are almost always a bit pricey so chose the least expensive of the available hotels/rooms.

We did not like the rom size. The hotel could use a refresh. A lot of general cosmetic maintenance needs done. The cleanliness of the room was fine except for the carpeting which was sticky. Common areas could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was exceptional! There was different hot things offered each day. The staff was very friendly. The bed was sooooo comfortable. It is close to Presque Isle and had everything we needed. The view from the room wasn't great but I wasn't there for a room with a view so it was perfectly fine.

The bed was very uncomfortable, happy I only had to sleep there for night only

That there was no ice on the 1st floor.

Cleanliness and the breakfast is great

I liked the clean room and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Management was friendly. The lobby was dirty. There was a leak on the ceiling by the ice machine. The hallways were tired looking and not the cleanest.
