The idea that it had a 2 bedroom suite booking.com overbooked the 2 bedroom suite and the hotel gave us a 1 bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa and roll away bed that were very uncomfortable. The room was dirty. The coffee pot was broken the refrigerator made terrible noises. We were given a cheaper and smaller room but the hotel charged us the same price as the better more expensive room. We paid when we got to the hotel so it was not like we had already paid. To hotel did not even offer a discount for the trouble and inconvenience and the crappy room. We left an after one day and told the staff why and they did not even care. I reached out to booking.com since it was their fault about the double booking and they reached out to the hotel but the hotel will not answer the call.

Taylor the evening desk clerk was exceptional, very knowledgeable, friendly and took care of a few issues immediately.

Breakfast is really good, a nice selection, There is an evening front desk girl, Tracy is her name. She goes out of her way to accommodate you ,no matter how small the issue is, she’s on it.

How close it was to everything & the free breakfast was really good. Kinda outdated. And the fact that anything to drink or snack on was OVER priced & very limited. 1 bottle of water was $4. One regular size candy bar or bag of chips was $4/each .

The hotel could’ve been cleaner. I was looking for an earring I dropped on the ground and found pet hair, pet food, and food wrappers near the bed. Also smelled weird in the room.

It was okay. Rooms were really big. Wish you could access Netflix from the tv. Half the channels had no service.

The location is central to shopping, Presque Isle, restaurants and is very close to Splash Lagoon. Having a separate living room and kitchen was really convienent. Shower had good pressure and was warm right away. Ice machines worked and breakfast was plentiful. Our bedroom had 2 double beds and was kind of tight. The beds were really hard but we were only there one night. This location seems like an older property. There were window air conditioners in the living room and bedoom and no fan in the bathroom.

We loved everything. The room as spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tubs were an added bonus. The pool and hot tub were great! Great breakfast buffet. They don't clean the rooms every day. Only after 4 days stay. We could have used fresh towels without having to hunt someone down. And yeah cans in the room were small for a family with 3 kids.

Great customer service from the front desk. The only recommendation is to update the bathroom shower. We really enjoyed our stay the check in and check out process was fast and easy. I will definitely stay again.

I liked the location. Also the main bed was comfortable The kitchen had NO sauce pan only 2 frying pans with NO LIDS. Not anything to even boil water in and the room coffee maker was a one cupper pod type with NO pods, but a package of regular grounds which could not be used with this coffee maker? The hotel could use some updating and it is over priced I paid 500 for 2 nights.
