We spent 3 nights here. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, it made the trip easier. I would stay again.

They gave us room 317, which was very nice except for the jacuzzi tub. It was full of mold and stunk extremely bad. When complaining to the front desk in the morning after breakfast since we checked in late and went straight to bed, the manager Sasha was extremely unhelpful and rude. At first, someone was supposed to come in the room around 9:30 and clean. We called back after 35 minutes passed and nobody came. At was now 10:05 and she told us to use the showers downstairs in the lobby. I told her we specially asked for a jacuzzi hot tub last night and that that was the whole point of getting one; to actually use it. She put us on hold for 5 minutes and then told us to come get the key for room 304. We walked in and 304 only had a shower, not the jacuzzi hot tub. I went back down and she tried to argue with me and said all I wanted to do was shower so she gave me a shower. I told her we wanted to use the jacuzzi hot tub and shower after. After giving me attitude and being extremely difficult, she gave us a room key to 307, which I did’t get to go into the room until 10:40. She gave us an extra 30 minutes, but by the time we showered after the 10 minutes in the jacuzzi tub it was time to fly down and return the key. The hotel was beautiful but staff was extremely unhelpful and I part not only myself but my girlfriend as well. We also asked a staff for toilet paper simce there was none and they said ask a female, although there was a cart full of it right beside him on the 3rd.

The swimming pool was nice. Didn’t realize it was connected to splash Lagoon. Or I would never have booked a hotel. The property around the hotel people was littering everywhere that includes food. People also were not cleaning up after their pets either. The desk ppl were nice & maintenance as well. The room is a little outdated. Also needs to be updated. They got Jacuzzis in there real tall. You have to literally get a ladder to step over it.

very disappointed with the hotel stay at Hawthorn by Wyndham no housekeeping for entire stay and it says that they will have new towels and sheets every 3 days so my stay was from June 30th to July 3 found a pill on the floor in our room and I was told the manager would be in contact and never got contacted and I had a 1year old and 3year old that could have found the pill and it could have found it and taken it. no way would I recommend a stay at this hotel

The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was poorly set up, a massive dresser at the foot of the bed left such a small gap that you had to walk sideways to pass to the other side of the bed. The dresser was useless because, that close to the bed, the drawers could not be used. Mount the TV on the wall and get rid of the dresser. After being in the pool, the kids were cold; the fireplace did not function. When I plugged my C-pap machine into the outlets by the bed, the machine's monitor displayed, unsafe and would not function. The pool and the staff made the visit pleasant.

The continental breakfast selection was absolutely amazing!! The front desk staff were a bit rude and seemed annoyed, when asked any questions.

I like the spaciousness of the room. The rooms were clean. For being a smoke hotel, we smelled marijuana in the hall every time we came or left our room. Also, There was no conditioner or body wash in second bathroom and when asked for some I was told they would bring it to the room but we never received it.

HVAC system shut off and on all night making it difficult to get a decent night sleep. Also, I believe all motels that say they are "pet friendly", should list the price. Travelers should not be surprised with a $75 fee, especially when it's only a mediocre motel, I don't think the carpets had a "deep" cleaning anytime recently. The tub was disgusting, the finish peeling off.

Internet was very spotty, had to sign in early time I turned it on and wait, then get knocked off.Toiletries were all ( 5 of them) empty, was told they were back ordered. Bathroom and kitchen area was clean. Bed was comfy.

Definitely a great place to stay. The suite was clean. The whole place was clean actually. The indoor pool wasn't as big as I hoped but it was bigger than others I've seen. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. And the Waterpark was steps away. The breakfast was decent too. Great for families!

The stuff was excellent and so willing to help with anything that we needed The room was not very clean. There was french fries left in the microwave from the previous people and their room just needed some updates and repairs of things.
-
Everything was nice the double beds are very small though but the hotel was good and priced right also had a fold out bed in the couch was nice for kids to sleep on

The property is very clean. The sweet we had was pretty big and I loved this layout of it. I also liked the pool area with the whirlpool. I have attached pictures of our room as we were getting ready to leave. I absolutely loved the suite.

This is Truly the worst Hotel Experience I ever encountered..Mouse traps with a dead mouse on it.
-
Lovely room with plenty of space.

The room was very nice and clean, some of the staff were attentive, some just stayed okay their phones. My children 8&6 were asked not to jump off the stairs into the water, while about 5 other bigger kids were jumping and doing cannon balls off the ledge and they did not get spoke to the entire 2 hours we was in the pool. The hot tub was perfect and the breakfast was too.. I really enjoyed 24/7 coffee, that was delicious.
