Our room was filled with drain gnats. I let front desk know and someone was supposed to come yet no one did. Neither did anyone when I let them know the AC would not turn on. It was hot as can be and going with out AC is crazy. Check in took way longer than it should because no one was working the front desk. Had to get a cleaner to come so they could find the front desk lady. Needless to say I won't be staying here again.

They used up and charge both my cards cuz I gave him a debit card and they needed a credit card on file and then charging my two nights to both my cards

Our stay was much improved from last year. Friendly staff, quick check in, clean room, nice breakfast, and the kids loved the pool. The desk staff helped out with first aid supplies for my grandson. I'm glad we came back! Thank you!

The hotel is run down and dated. Things are broken and need to be fixed. (Ex lock on door, plug on tub). When asked if they could help we were told there were no other rooms in the hotel available. Curtains were stained. Pillows and mattresses were the worst we have ever slept on. No one slept well. For the price they are charging. Pool was small and busy. And they ran out of pool towels.

Having strict dietary needs the kitchen was nice. Let’s see. So the pool is small which I am sure wouldn’t be that bad except that they allow the hotel next door to use it since they don’t have one. Out of five nights we got to enjoy it for a couple hours other wise it was way too busy. Second. My room charge for five nights was 500 and something. Not only did they charge this but they also charged over 700 on top of that! We went to the front and asked them and their response was oh that happens sometimes and we can’t do anything and you have to dispute it with your bank….excuse me?! We were on a strict budget and unfortunately due to this we didn’t get to do some things we were going to. No apology and no real explanation. This alone will have me NEVER coming back! It was completely unacceptable.

Cookie or cake crumbs on the top of fridge and on counter. Half the amount of towels compared to other hotels. Air conditioning could not keep up...80 degrees in our room at 6pm. Night staff could do nothing for us. Day staff was able to cancel our second night. Gave us rewards points for another Wyndham Hotel stay. Pool was great...breakfast was good.

Could not sit on sofa. Sunk down too far. Toaster and coffee maker did not work. Reported it,no action taken. Discovered 2 days later that power plugs in the wall of the kitchen did not work. Reported it. No action taken. If there is no room service a broom and dustpan should be kept in room. 5 days of beach visits makes for quite a nasty floor. Sofa bed was totally. Found a super maintenance man who bought us a roll in bed on the third night. Not a cheep hotel. This is unacceptable.going for breakfast was a waste of time.

The hot tub and pool, the breakfast, 2 bedroom room. Needs some major updating. In our room the chairs were peeling, tubs wouldn’t drain, the doors were broken and FILTHY. The couch is the most uncomfortable thing we’ve ever sat on in my life. The vents were filthy. The stove fan/vent I couldn’t even use because I turned it on and it smelled like what the previous guest cooked for our whole entire stay it was disgusting. My whole family (who most don’t have allergy issues) had red itchy eyes and were coughing our whole stay while in the hotel. We probably will not be back and this was our 3rd year staying in this hotel.

It was a good stay for the most part, they don't clean your room everyday, i always bring my own toiletries, which was good because the shampoo, conditioner n body was bottles were all empty, and the water pressure isn't very good. But the rooms are spacious. My biggest complaints is, they need to have staff watching over the pool, I realize there's no life guard, but when there are kids doing back flips off the top of the part that separates the pool and the hot tub on top of other people, and diving off the sides, that was dangerous, I had to make my grandson get out because he almost got landed on twice. There were alot of kids with no parents there. But overall it was a decent stay.

This was our first time staying here. Not sure if there will be a second time. The room was nice, and clean and the breakfast was good. My issue with this hotel was the fact that kids kept running, jumping off of and climbing on the wall between the hottub and pool. Jumping off of it into both the pool & hottub. Almost got jumped on multiple times while just trying to relax. They were also trying to climb onto the dolphin sculpture which sits on top of said wall. We couldnt relax because we were worried someone was going to get hurt, including us. There were alot of kids in this area without adult supervision. I guess parents sent their children to the pool after breakfast while waiting for Splash Lagoon to open. We couldn't relax or enjoy the hottub because of that. We stayed here specifically because they had a pool and hottub. There are huge windows between the front desk and pool area. I mentioned to the front desk employees multiple times about it but nothing was said or done. It may have helped if someone who works here or the manager on duty would have taken the initiative to monitor what was going on in the pool area. Its only a matter of time before someone's child gets seriously injured due to the fact that it continued the entire time we were there. Why have signs posted in this area if the hotel and it's employees aren't going to enforce them. Very disappointed!!

The bed had bugs and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it or contact the manager. They wouldn’t even bring us extra towels when we asked for them.. told us they would contact a inspector after we left… how about refunding the $137 dollars I paid for a room that had bugs in the bed!!!! Never in my life have I had issues like this with any other hotel. Pathetic customer service
