Hallway has a big blower fan mounted in it which sadly does nothing to cover up the fecal smell. Whole place stinks. Run down, stinky. I feel bad for the staff that have to work there every day.

Clean and staff was nice

The room was updated, and clean. All linens were fresh and the room was clean. The hotel is being updated, and you can tell there is fresh carpet, and they are working on the walls and other areas to improve the hotel. The breakfast buffet was huge and very well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool at the hotel was nice, the Splash Lagoon waterpark is an extra fee, not included in your stay, however. There is a walkway to the Waterpark, but you need to get a pass from the main Splash Lagoon entrance before you can enter, so be sure to get that before going to the park. The waterpark was huge, very clean and a lot of fun!

No issues. Rooms clean and nice breakfast. Under slight construction but don’t interfere with stay.

The room was clean however the hotel never told us even at check-in that it was under construction I had an aunt with me who had hip replacement replacements no elevator we were on the second floor they were muddying and painting the stairwells during the hours of people checking in and out in the mornings ladders you had to ask them to move their stuff out of the way so you could get in and out which was completely crazy with something that should’ve been done at night time when there’s a lot less traffic very inconvenient.

Make sure you read all the amenities. No elevator. Place is out dated. Our tub was dirty so was our friends tub. Balcony had on chair and the door did not lock. Not worth the price we paid.

I should have paid better attention - the hotel and the water park are separate. I am not the only one to mix this up - it feels a little misleading. When I booked for a family of 5 it was with the understanding we'd be in a two queen room with sofa bed....we were put in a king bed and the sofa bed was barely twin size. They knew we were coming with three kids and that two are teenagers - where did they think we were going to put people? Stain on the curtains, stain on the sheets, jacuzzi tub was huge but chipped away. They are under renovation so this may all be outdated info soon but after our last experience I don't know if I'd stay there again.

Breakfast was very good. Pool looked nice. Room was clean.

We had issues trying to book the room. Then when we got there a little early, we’re told we can’t book or use the walk-through to splash Lagoon. We had to go through the front. There was no air-conditioning on in the common ways and hallways no elevator housekeeping had once we were able to check in at 4 PM. Had all the blankets laying in the hallway on the floors outside. All of the rooms were loud, obnoxious, swearing and very rude.

Room was dirty upon arrival. Only thing that was truly ready were the beds and the bathroom. Crumbs everywhere, sticky rug floor. My mom had a service dog and when I checked in, incidentals were put on a card and the front desk employee made her pay $75 in cash for a dog fee. She was refusing to give a receipt for the cash because she didn’t know how and thankfully she figured it out. The next morning we had a receipt slid under our door for a charge on my card as another $75 for the dog fee paid in cash. We were charged $150 for a service dog on a 1 night stay. I went down to the front desk asking for a refund and they had no information on our room that we paid it in cash. We were also told at that time that we shouldn’t have had to pay the $75 at all due to her having a service dog. Cash was not refunded because it was no longer in their “drawer” and couldn’t be provided in any form due to us booking through Expedia even with proof of receipt from comfort inn stating cash. We were told something was going to be done, we would be contacted and we never got that money back nor were contacted about this.

Very close to everything on Peach St in Erie very clean hotel and. Breakfast was good have stayed twice and will stay again

The breakfast choices were great. The food was really done well.. The hotel had visible signs of remodeling, but the unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable.
