Comfort Inn & Suites Erie - Splash Lagoon Indoor Waterpark

Nothing. Room was dirty upon arrival, refused to give extra towels, Carrie at the front desk was unhelpful an very rude. Very unpleasant stay , i don’t recommend I wouldn’t waste your time/ money.

I cannot reccomend. Waterpark is located beatbox property. Hotel under renovation what is visible

Close to where we needed to be. Our room smelled really bad. We had to get air fresheners. There was pizza sauce it something similar on the curtains and air unit. The bathtub faucet could have been pushed off.

Breakfast. Air conditioner Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Lamp on the table didn't work well.

Easy to get to right off the interstate. Rooms were okay not perfectly clean but not dirty by any means!

The breakfast choices were great. The food was really done well.. The hotel had visible signs of remodeling, but the unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Close proximity to soccer in edinboro and splash lagoon Room shower was not clean - had a huge cleaning of hair still in the drain. And one of the beds were not clean - had a fake eyelash on the bedding

Friendly staff excellent breakfast the rooms were clean comfortable plenty of towels amazing pool I highly recommend this hotel

Location outside Smelled off weed all day, kids up all night running around and sounding like a tornado above us. Construction and fixing stuff.

Clean rooms, polite staff, and heated pool . Lots of parking. Breakfasts in lobby were always fresh and meat varied from day to day.

The bed was horrible.

Our room was clean, breakfast was delicious, staff was all really nice. It was really helpful having a fridge and microwave in the room. Kids loved the pool. Soda and snacks at the hotel are a little above the price I would pay in my hometown, but you pay for the convenience if you didn’t bring it with you. Hotel was having some renovations done during our stay, just some painting in the hallways so the baseboards were off but nothing that would make me choose a different hotel. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with them again. Although next time I’ll book through Splash Lagoon for the passes bc you do not get any for just staying at the hotel. Total mess up on my part. Lesson learned.

Gross! Dirty! Tore up furniture and a hole punched in the closet door. This could not have been the best room they had to offer

Hotel currently under renovation. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I liked that they had the items on 2 different walls so never felt like you were waiting long. Pool was nice, gym was a little disappointing but not sure if that's due to the renovation or if that's how it always is. Lots of families there. Some people mentioned how loud it was if you had a room next to the highway, we didn't have an issue with that. Sometimes we heard trucks go by but with all the families there you were more likely to hear a kid running down the hall than a truck on the highway. Easy to get everywhere.

There are not enough modern electronic outlets for devices or even the appliances that are provided ie coffee pot. Air conditioner worked well. Didn’t need phone. There was no guide for the television.

The stay wasn't good at all. The tub didn't work. It was the worst stay at a hotel

The staff was very friendly and attentive and addressed small issues very rapidly without an attitude. The sink was clogged but again, they addressed it as soon as I reported.

We took some of the family to splash lagoon and it was a great place to stay. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. It was easy to extend our stay for an extra night,they helped us get the room and tickets to splash lagoon included in the price of the room

Very dated property. My room was next to the freeway and it was loud throughout the night
