They double charged me for my room. I paid with my card on the app and then had to pay once again when I arrived. I tried to explain that to the lady working but she had no clue what I was trying to tell her.

Our room had so much mold on the ceiling it gave me a soar throat. When we would leave the hotel my throat would feel better, then came back when we returned. We switched rooms to a room that was so humid that all of the floor and bedding were very wet.

The hotel is overall fine but in my room (#110) I noticed some mold like smell and noticed there is a mold developing on the roof of the bathroom. Besides that everything was in good shape and staff was very courtious.

Good location. A great price. Room was bigger than expected. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was small.

Location in Erie. Easy to enter and exit More seating area in dinning area, relocate garbage container in dining room away from table. Need garbage container outside building at rear door and parking lot, resident cleaned out there car and left it at rear of building and in parking lot. Room had a very strong musty smell, maybe mold smell.. it was difficult to control heating and cooling. Outdoor ground spot light shinned in room and curtain did stay closed to block light..

The location, the check in staff were friendly, Room was dirty, curtains had stains, AC unit was dirty, the pipes were loud, the room had a smell and the floors were very dirty. When attempting to check out the staff were having long conversations in the office audible in the lobby, but when attempting to call their attention multiple times, was ignored at the front desk.

The room was a nice size and clean. Had a walk-in shower which we loved.Fridge was a nice size and there was a microwave and coffee maker. The only thing we’d like is a chair to watch tv and just relax, there’s enough room for one. There is a desk and chair also.
