-
Clean room, great staff. It was quiet and relaxing had no complaints
-
There was no bottled water supplied unless you went down to front desk. Only one coffee cup in the room discovered in the morning. No safe in room.
-
Very clean and spacious rooms! The AC was amazing!
-
Location was perfect after driving all day. Hotel was clean and near many other area attractions. Would stay again on our next trip north.

Good hotel for families

Outdated hotel. Had a king size with only one side table. TV remote was pretty much unusable. Jet tub near the bed. Could not open the curtains. View was to the glass ceiling of a conference room. Room description was king size but the bed felt like a queen. Tag on sheets said queen.

Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting.
-
TV was broken and the maintenance man said we could have a new room. The front desk said no. We won't be back.
-
Room was nice and quiet - no banging doors which was great. Fitness center was closed during our visit but they had arrangements with the neighbor hotel - very convenient. I think the hotel wasn't as booked as usual as we requested a balcony and got it. Very positive experience.

Very filthy property.
-
Very nice Staff and rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall a great hotel.
-
Room was just OK. Stayed at better Marriotts.
-
issues with my reservation were more than they wanted to deal with. I ended up changing hotels because of this cluster F

The bed was the highlight of the trip; VERY comfy; Pool and hot tub was fun as well; Definitely in the center of things in Erie w/ easy and quick access to other locations

My only annoyance was we paid a head for breakfast for myself and my child- $18 each. He was able to order a kids meal which was French toast, eggs or cereal. I was able to order off the menu. All items were cheaper off the menu. Our meals included a drink, so I guess our bottled milk and juice were over $6. Food was good just order off the menu not pay ahead! This hotel had a great pool area!

Front desk staff was very warm, supportive, and solutions-oriented. It was especially nice to have sliding glass and screen doors to an outside porch, which I used every day. It was inconvenient to have to walk through the hotel to the Hilton to use the fitness area, though I was grateful for the backup option while maintenance happened on the Marriott fitness room. I plan to return here.
