Bathroom had rust on most metal fixtures. Pool area wasn't kept stocked with towels and floors had a lot of debris on them.

The shower wasn’t clean and had a LOT of hair everywhere in it and my bed had a mysterious stain on it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. The pool area was very clean. The lobby area was very nice and attractive. The location worked well for us. When we had an issue with our original room, they upgraded us to a suite and did so quickly. Our original room looked like it hadn't really been cleaned - there were hairs in the beds and on the toilet and crumbs on the floor. Also the facilities looked like they had seen better days - there were some cracks and water stains here and there.

Location Not having lights in the bed area that could be turned on near its entrance. A little difficult to see when checking in at night.
