Air conditioner in room was loud

Very clean and conveniently located nearby interstate and Starbucks for morning coffee because coffee service in the room and complimentary in the lobby not very tasty. The room was quiet, dark at night and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We were there 3 nights and slept well. The TV in the room is not a SMART TV so no streaming service and the screen mirror function didn't work; not being able to watch our shows in the evening was a bummer. About 14 minute drive from Presque Isle.

I don’t like hotels that charge for parking lot.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and updated.

The front desk staff were great. However, we stayed three nights but didn't get any visits from the cleaning staff. Also, the pool was a bit dirty with visible dirt on the bottom and an unusual amount of hair.

The room was generally good until I found the body wash in the bathroom missing. I called the front desk twice but no one delivered it to our room or was there any instruction for me to go to the front desk to pick one up. I was too tired to deal with the issue then; it was after 10 pm. I called again in the morning when I needed the bottle of body wash to shower, and it was delivered right away. I told the front desk person about the episode last evening, and the person apologized. The hardware that held the three bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also broken. I mentioned it to the front desk person the night when I found out about it. I was told 'it was like that,' and there was no mention of them sending a maintenance person or them making a record of it and would send someone to fix it. I was shocked. It just might have been the night staff at the front desk who didn't have common sense to handle situations like these. The morning staff was much nicer and polite. The last thing I'd mention about the room was the pillows. They were flat. I did not sleep well on those pillows. Other than these issues, I was satisfied with the hotel and room. It was in a quiet location, and the room was quiet too. You don't hear neighbor's doors slamming shut or your neighbor's noise like other hotels I have stayed in.

Second year staying there. The Hotel is in a good location and close to everything you need in Erie. Very nice staff and the amenities are great as well!

Horrible. Staff was rude, room was not done, we found a few dead roaches. Do not stay there. Save your money.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The air conditioner worked to a comfortable 68 degrees and parking is free. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a quick stop-off for us, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a very good location in Erie for us to get dinner and then come back to the hotel to rest as we continued our journey. It's in a very good spot if you are staying there to explore Erie.

Lady serving breakfast was rude. Everything else was fine.

We are just a quick overnight so didn't try the amenities but it was clean with good service and an excellent local brew pub very nearby. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay, just make sure all of your body wash and stuff like that is full.

Clean room nice staff

Quiet, on a dead end road. Breakfast was rather expensive, went out to eat , much cheaper.
