Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

First I booked a room with 2 queens beds because we were 4 people including my kids. Checked in to find out the only room available was a king size bed with a pullout coach that didn’t work. The room itself was not cleaned. There were paper towels/toilet paper with blood in the bathroom garbage bin. Went to the front desk and was told that that was all they had and were booked for the night. Was also told that room booked through parties does not guarantee the room booked and that it was at the discretion and need of the manager. Very disappointed and frustrating experience. Will not stay here again.

The room was great, but a lot of breakfast options were unavailable.

We didn’t have any complaints.

We had a great stay! We loved that the hotel was pet-friendly, making it perfect for traveling with our puppy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the location was fantastic with tons of restaurants nearby. The 24-hour gym was another great perk. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. We sat at the lobby bar and watched multiple other people received room's. Finally, George who stays there often went up to the desk and said we had been waiting and needed a room. I will say while we waited the bartender/chef Eddie took good care of us. The wings were good and so were the drinks. That would probably be the only reason i went Back to this hotel.

Arrived late evening after 14 hour drive. Bathroom wasn’t clean/ready—toilet lid was up, with a p*bic hair on the seat! Too tired to complain…Next morning, shower diverter didn’t work properly so most water came out tub spout. No soap, the body wash dispenser was completely empty! At breakfast area, was surprised to find no complimentary breakfast like most Holiday Inns but oh well, guess I didn’t read property description so I’ll buy something at the bistro counter. But…no one there to take order so had to leave without eating. No one at front desk either so couldn’t talk with anyone about issues. Had a schedule to keep so drove away without breakfast, clean body, or satisfaction.

Just a regular hotel. They don’t hire enough housekeeping staff so customers are left waiting until midnight for a clean room. The front desk person blamed all the travelers which implied that it was my fault they didn’t have a room ready. A screw in the middle of the floor to hold the carpet down ripped my shoe. They charge $5 to park in their unsecured parking lot and charge for breakfast. Nickel and Dimers. Find better value somewhere else.

Perfect hotel for a quick night. Breakfast was included, which was very much appreciated. Very friendly staff.

Spotless room

Very clean. However, need to purchase the breakfast. Everything was great. However, the bathroom door was annoying as it doesn’t stay open and constantly closes. Breads were great, would stay again.
