Great hotel! Very friendly staff thats accommodating and professional. Abbey and Amanda were the 2 stand outs for sure! And the gentleman that was part of the maintenance crew with the pony tail. Very friendly and awesome staff!

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I have rarely seen breakfast tacos at hotel breakfasts and overnight oats / chia seed pudding. All were delicious and felt like an upgraded hotel breakfast experience. The set up where with the nightlight provided it’s too bright and makes it hard to sleep. Without the nightlight, it’s too dark and very challenging to navigate in the dark

Breakfast was not good. Kids loved the pool. The guy at the desk really did well given the circumstances. I know it’s a stressful situation to be in. Network was down nation wide when we went for our scheduled check in at 5. We could not check in and were left wandering the city for 3 hrs because there were no other hotels available. The guy at the front desk figured out a way to get us in, which was awesome of him. However, we could not leave the room together as a family unless there was somebody to let us back into the room. I understand things happen, but the stress that was caused by this was not ok. We book in advance to have assurance we will have a place to sleep. Not knowing, being left to wander the city, and then not being able to go to dinner as a family because we wouldn’t be able to get back in the room was not ok.

The hotel is hard to find if you use your GPS, it’s at the back of a mall parking lot

Very unhappy with our stay. We had a one bedroom suite as we travelled with our 2 small children. The first evening we couldn’t get the door to lock and while my husband was trying to get it to lock we noticed the door had evidence of being broken into. Maintenance did fix the door so it locked the next day. The pullout couch had ripped cushions, and the pullout bed portion was so uncomfortable (even for a pullout couch) that we had to go to the sportsman store across the street to buy an air mattress. We stayed 3 nights, and after the second night our room was supposed to get cleaned. Before leaving the hotel that morning I stopped at the front desk to confirm that we were scheduled for cleaning and he assured me we were scheduled. We returned that evening and the room hadnt been touched. Trash full, no toilet paper or paper towels, bath towels still in a pile on the floor, beds unmade. I called the front desk and she told me that because I booked “third party” there was nothing she could do. She told me I was welcome to take my own trash to the dumpster behind the hotel and come get everything I needed at the front desk. Breakfast was lacking…we got there at least an hour before it was done each morning and hot food was out without replenishing. Will never stay here again.

Superb

Room was great for two adults and two small children. The kitchenette was well stocked. I do wish the breakfast Buffet had more food available, we went down about 9am and they were out of most things-including coffee. We’ve stayed here multiple times, and would stay again.

The hotel was just subpar

Good location with easy access to malls, very helpful and kind staff The property is showing signs of aging, the carpets are old and show stains from previous guests and the grouting in the bathroom can definitely be improved.

Close to interstate, comfortable, etc. The carpet in the room could use a cleaning.

Friendly staff great place to stay if you are staying longer and want to cook your own meals.

Really loud mechanical closet in our room, not the most comfortable bed but overall clean and updated.

Housekeeping showed up once for a 9 night stay and did not do a good job when there. The breakfast was average with either no hot water or warm water for tea and coffee. The work out room had half the equipment down and the laundry room was half down.
