Clean room, modern and up to date. Great stay.

Bathroom was filled with mold. I had to go to the front desk and ask for it to be cleaned. When I returned it was still there so they gave me gloves and rags to clean it myself. The walls had what looked to be nicotine running down them and dirty handprints. The comforter had dried blood on it. Wall and ceiling had cracks everywhere. Housekeeping needs retrained or a new lineup. Mold is unacceptable. If every hotel wasn’t booked solid when I went I would have went elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to clean mold out of the bathroom while traveling. I didn’t get paid for it nor did I receive a discount of any kind. I travel to Erie a few times a year and won’t be staying there in the future. Also there should be more than one way to get to the parking lot.

Price We only had one towel, the place seemed a bit run down, and the coffee maker in the lobby did not work.

My negatives were there was someone’s left over pizza and bread sticks left in the refrigerator in our room. Tells me it’s not properly cleaned.

It had a musty, unclean smell as soon as you walked in the building. There were hand prints on the bathroom wall that looked like a mechanic had stayed there. There were splatters on the wall in several places. The floor had spots on it as though whatever it was dried there. The coffee maker had dried coffee in the pot and the coffee maker was covered in greasy fingerprints. The sofa bed, which we didn't need because of a delayed flight, had crumbs in it. The foot rest of the recliner was broken and had a loose piece hanging down from it. Seeing all that made us uncomfortable. We were stuck there for the night but checked out a day early.

Dirty. Coffee pot has a used filter and old coffee residue with mold. The room smelled and the front desk sprayed air freshener. Someone’s left over drinks in fridge. Generally grungy As above. Staff nice but not able at o make up for the property shortcomings

The smell of the room is a scent that is almost indescribable. It smelled like sardines and wet dog. When brought to the front desk’s attention I was asked “do you want me to come up and spray the room?” The light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work. The bed only had 3 pillows for two people so I wanted to call down to the front desk to ask for another and the phone doesn’t work. Again the smell was so bad at one point we opened the main door just for some fresh air.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

They allowed dogs. The room was dirty and facility was dirty. They also hit me with a surprise $50 deposit that was not stated when booking. When asked for a manager, they said she was not available. Tried 3 different times but couldn't get anyone. Accessing the property was difficult and it only had one entrance/exit from the street.

There was a little yappy bark barking throughout the evening and into the night, both nights. The WiFi was disgracefully slow and cut out a dozen or more times during my stay. The area around my room was very noisy, apparently from the staff having loud conversation. I'll never stay here again.

Mildew in the shower, dirty floors, room missing towels and toilet paper, only one luggage cart for the entire property… the only upside was the wonderful woman at the front desk who helped with the missing items from our room.

Good location and vary helpful staff.

King suit room was roomy and bed was nice and room quiet. Some ceiling lights didn’t work and there were some fixtures missing/broken. Would have liked to have streaming for TV. Could not use our traveling fire stick as we could not change the TV setting to HDMI. Staff was friendly and brought up an extra pillow and blanket we requested. Just needs a little updating…

We got there an hour early after a 7 hour drive, but had to wait 48 minutes to check in due to being too early for check. Place was mostly clean. Floors could have been swept and mopped. And parking lot enterence was on a one way busy road

They get my bed wrong all the time the size

Clean room, staff was good the kitchen was great to have. Only 2 things that were not good were the internet goes in and out, and the bed was very hard. Overall the room was great.
