The hotel and the room were very clean and very well maintained. I used to stay elsewhere in Erie that used to be good, but ownership changes at the other place has lead to a steady decline in quality over the last 2 years at the other place. This will now be my favorite place going forward.

Our trip there was because of a funeral that we attended. The room was clean and the staff was professional and pleasant. The breakfast was an added bonus

I was charged $10/day for parking. Never was told about any parking fees before or after my stay, not to mention we parked in the mall parking lot, not the hotel's lot.

CONS- no outdoor sitting area (1 picnic table). BUT they only clean the rooms every THREE days. For that reason alone, I won't return.

It was very clean and comfortable That it was very hard to get an early check Iin for myself and disabled husband.

The staff as kind and had a pack n play waiting in our room when we arrived. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable!

Room was advertised as a room for 5 but only had 2 queen beds and no cots available

The pool was clean The small fridge was absolutely disgusting, our room had NO WATER PRESSURE to shower, went through hell to get a blanket, had to take trash to the front counter and ask for cleaning supplies

Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is 1 ice machine that has significant rust and corrosion and was very dirty and had black and pink discoloration suggestive of bacterial growth, including in the chute. I brought this to the attention of multiple employees and nothing happened while I was there. One male employee even deceived me by giving me a bag of ice that he implied was from a different machine but I discovered 2days later from another employee that there is only 1 machine on the property. It needs to be replaced.
