Overall very bad stay. Our room only got vacuumed one time. Never got new bed clothes, beds never got made. Didn't even give us new towels and wash clothes. Had to call the front desk about 5 times to get the room cleaned and get new bath amenities. Would not recommend. Shower was also very small. Stayed in Marriott before and always had great service and the room was always taken care of. Very disappointed

My wife and I liked the beds and the quiet in the building. We drove a long way yesterday and needed a good night sleep for our 2nd day of driving today.

The staff was great. The gentleman at the front desk came to our room to fix an issue himself. Very clean. Easy parking. Great stay!

Our room was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. It was healthy and had options you wouldn't normally find at your average hotel breakfast (oatmeal bar, cheddar jalapeno muffins) They also offered soy milk and dairy free creamer for coffee which was truly appreciated as I am lactose intolerant and always have to make a special trip to a coffee shop to get my morning cup when traveling. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Erie!

Staff was very friendly, hotel was pretty nice & clean. Beds were very comfortable! Only dislike was that apparently they allow pets & a dog barked off/on through the night, also charged $5 for parking which isn’t much but silly because there’s free parking all around & plenty of spaces for the mall/shopping area.

It’s what you expect when booking a hotel Fairfield Pool was incredibly noisy and crowded - unusable. Check-in clerk was very grumpy.
