Nice location, felt very safe there. clean rooms and close to shops and restaurants

Parking fee was not noticed in advance.

Danielle checking us in was amazing super nice and helpful. All the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating at check-in. The breakfast had a good selection and was well maintained. The location was very convenient.

This was a terrible place to stay. When we called ahead they said there were laundry facilities and when we arrived there were none. There was no ice available until the day we were checking out and I needed ice to keep medicine that needed to be maintained below freezing (and there was no freezer in the pathetically small refrigerator, When we reported the problem, we were told that it would be fixed within 24 hours. WHAT A JOKE! Additionally, when we told them about the pproblem, one of the staff told us, "Well, you could always go to a convenience store to get ice. We should have been paid to stay there. Don't ever here! (We were told that they were without an ice machine for most of the summer of 2025. Again, avoid at all costs.

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was helpful and professional. The only think that was lacking was a hot -tub.

The check in was flawless and quick. The receptionist, I can't remember her name was so helpful and pleasant. My room was nice and comfy. The breakfast was great in went back for seconds. The staff was really nice.

Close to shopping, restaurants and things to do.

Nice and easy place to stay

We love staying at the Fairfield. The staff are so friendly and the room is always clean. We love the streaming abilities and the upgraded tv. The breakfast was great too.

I clearly stated in my reservation that there would be one adult and 4 children - the ages of whom I included. When booking the room, it was stated that it would sleep 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch. Nope. When we got there at 11:00 p.m. - with four sleepy children - I was told the room sleeps 5 if three kids slept in one bed. NOWHERE in the listing does it state that this is required for the room to actually sleep 5 people. My grandson ended up sleeping on the floor. Had I known this was going to be the case, I would not have booked the room. This is not acceptable.

Check-in was a quick, easy, and friendly experience. The lobby was very clean and tidy. Our room was clean both in smell and appearance. The beds were super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The in-door pool, which was a major selling point for our group with young kids, was well maintained and open for use our entire stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. All staff members that we had contact with were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. My family and I would very happily stay at this location again for our next vacation.

Family friendly. Breakfast was fresh and really good. The serve it till 10am which is really convenient. Check out being at 12pm was also realllllly nice.

Hotels need to keep pets in the same room. Because the rooms smell of pets. Maybe we could ask for a non pet room like we use to for a non smoking room. Also some people have allergies.
