The room was clean and comfortable. It accommodated a family of 5 easily and comfortably. Breakfast was standard and perfect for our travel schedule. Parking was easy and located near our room. Presque Isle State Park was a short drive and was absolutely beautiful. We intend to return to spend more time there. Definitely would stay again if we are ever in the Erie area.

The building is under renovation, but is still nice.

We were allowed access to a room early, which we really appreciated. It was room 120. Everything was great except the shower had lots of black mold, so not pleasant to look at and a health hazard. Clearly the cleaning staff knows and is just on with it.

It’s was very clean nothing out of line I like the hotel very quiet nice pool but it was to small in claustrophobic in the room!

Room was clean and spacious. A few issues (slow draining tub and non-working electrical outlet) were addressed and fixed promptly. Breakfast had a number of hot items and was above average.

I had a very nice stay with my sisters. We had an event in Erie, which was just a few minutes from the hotel. Plenty of parking at the hotel. The staff is excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Very nice staff. Awesome breakfast. Needed garbage cans in the bathroom. And the tv remote barely worked which made bedtime tricky with 2 toddlers.

The room was great. Breakfast was ok. We couldn’t eat the last morning. It was packed and could not get a table or near the food We tried from 7:45 until 9:15. Finally left and went to a restaurant

The rooms were big and comfy. Headboards were dusty and carpet under mattress needed vacuuming.

I loved how the rooms were set up with the two queen beds with the small divided wall, and the pullout sofa, so it seemed to have two rooms. Small kitchenette was a plus. We had to play with the door handle to get it to lock or open. No bags in the garbage cans. No towel or soap for the sink at the kitchenette.

The variety of breakfast items daily. Having coffee available 24 /7. Our soap dish wasn’t cleaned when we moved into our room.
