The staff was friendly. The complementary breakfast was great.

I stayed four nights. Everything was great! Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.

It was kind of frustrating we got there thinking we would have a room available at 3:00 pm as it stated when I booked the room and no rooms were available till around 4:00 pm and the washing machine was broken. I totally understand that in itself was not the staffs fault. But I asked 4 times within 24 hours for towels and kept being told “in about an hour” and finally had to ask an additional time to get them. For how much I spent I was not really happy with the few factors I mentioned. Also they only gave one wash cloth to begin with so me and my husband had to share one which isn’t ok. The breakfast was good, parking was good, space was clean and kept well.

We arrived at 8pm and our room was not ready. There were no bath towels, no extra blankets, room was not cleaned during the 3 day stay. However, staff was courteous and brought the linen when requested.

This hotel does not have EV chargers, mgmt took them out a few months back and haven’t updated the listing

The parking was terrible due to parking lot under construction other than that everything else was fine

Hotel was fine, and hot breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Room wasnt stocked for us to use even though we told them 2 adults and 2 children. The pull out couch bedding was gone, missing sheets, blanket, pillows. Also had to ask for more towels. Tissues were empty and no garbage bags were in the garbage cans. Minor inconveniences but we just didnt love our stay.

Comfortable beds and nice pool area. The bathroom had yellow growth on the ceiling and could’ve really benefited from ventilation. Also head hair in the shower stall.

The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). I get they have to pave but lot was steaming and guys were yelling at a family for walking on the pavement. Elevators were not working at one point and everyone was taking the stairs. And this morning we were locked out of our room for about 20 minutes bc the battery was bad on our door. A very helpful staff member raced to get this fixed, so kudos to her.

Great location. Around many restaurants and stores.

The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle.

Good space and value. Front entrance awning was closed. Couldn’t pull car up to load in the rain.

Room clean but pull out couch could use a new mattress it was stained. But other than that it was a nice place and had a great breakfast!

Sofa bed mattress had stains with no covers. I had to go back and forth with the front desk to get multiple sheets to block the smell and stains
