A lot of mold growing in our shower

Love it and will stay there sgsin

One complaint: the soap dispenser was not refilled when my room was serviced. Seems to happen a lot.

Very dirty rooms, could hear everything up and downstairs horrible breakfast

Entering the room, the refrigerator didnt work. The one television didnt work and the one working tv had a remote that barely worked. Changed the batteries at the front desk and it still barely worked, so we gave up. The one beds sheets were dirty with blood on them in a few different places. Several issues but staff was very pleasant and helpful answering questions about the area.

pool was shut down for cleaning and changing sand filter for two days and we were there during the canada fires and couldn’t go outside

Overall the hotel was very nice, rooms were very clean. I was a little disappointed that the pull out sofa did not have any bedding. Had to wait a long time for them to bring the bedding up to the room. I did like the hours for the pool.

The front desk was helpful very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a great time on our trip, I don't think we would stay here again though. We could not check in until 3+hours after the check-in time (3 pm) because our room was not cleaned yet. I understand that there can be delays and staffing issues but I think almost 4 hours is crazy. The room was sufficient but certainly not "clean".

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There was hair in the shower here on the floor here on the mirror here in the sink and some on the furniture the room was spacious and well laid out the breakfast could’ve been much better. The sausage tasted funny and smelled funny and the eggs even though I know they were probably powdered eggs were sitting in water. The waffles were really good.

In general a nice hotel. Very clean. Beds were ok. We had TV/remote issues they tried to solve but could not be fixed that evening. Door locks didn’t work properly. We were told they were all newly installed and some issues needed work. Breakfast was better than some. Had little veggie quiches- tasty and a nice change.

Booked this room as a quick stop for a nights rest for our road trip. Check in was so easy , the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the hotel is clean and comfortable and I highly recommend !

My stay at the Springhill Suites was not as I expected. I have stayed at other Springhill Suites, and this one did not meet my expectations. I will say the property was clean & updated, however, our shower was not draining. I told the front desk about it early in the morning & they assured me they would get it fixed. We left for the day & came back to take showers & had to stand in gross water (3 of us showered) that was 4 inches deep! Not acceptable! Also, we asked for fresh towels from the housekeeper & she told us there were none!! She said the washers & a dryer were broke & she would bring us towels when she got them. She did bring the towels, but it was later in the day. The breakfast area was never stocked up. I had to wait for a lot the things & there were 3 big coffee carafes and they were all empty!! I felt bad for the housekeeping & the breakfast attendants just trying to do their jobs, but given nothing to perform the duties they were there to do. Personally, I would not stay here again because there are plenty of other very nice places to stay in Erie!

The staff was friendly. The complementary breakfast was great.

I stayed four nights. Everything was great! Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.

It was kind of frustrating we got there thinking we would have a room available at 3:00 pm as it stated when I booked the room and no rooms were available till around 4:00 pm and the washing machine was broken. I totally understand that in itself was not the staffs fault. But I asked 4 times within 24 hours for towels and kept being told “in about an hour” and finally had to ask an additional time to get them. For how much I spent I was not really happy with the few factors I mentioned. Also they only gave one wash cloth to begin with so me and my husband had to share one which isn’t ok. The breakfast was good, parking was good, space was clean and kept well.
