Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The air vents were completely covered in dust, and our room didn’t have central air—only a window air conditioner. If you’re not planning to use the indoor water park, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff weren’t outright rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. They were probably dealing with a lot of kids and stressed guests because of the holiday weekend, which may have affected their customer service. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t the place to stay, although the holiday weekend likely contributed to the noise.

We were in town for a wedding. Stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We had the 2 bedroom suite, it was nice. Older but clean. Hot breakfast, decent parking. Centrally located in Erie.

Breakfast very good. Furniture needs updated. Couch cushion torn and uncomfortable. Desk chair more comfortable than kitchen chairs. Beds very comfortable- slept great!

Room is excellent condition. Pool very well maintained. Breakfast buffet delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The guy at the front desk when we arrived was so friendly. So were the other ones but he stood out more. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. My dogs absolutely love this place. The mattress on the pull out soda wasn't in good shape. We managed. It was a little uncomfortable. Like we said it was manageable.

The room was great for our family of 6. We enjoyed the breakfast and the fitness center.

The Room was clean and had a full size refrigerator. The free breakfast in the morning was very good. Lots of items to choose from.

Towels were very rough and one shredded. Toilet was backed up and staff handed us a toilet plunger and left. Didn’t work BTW. In the middle of the night we were woken to a loud noise from our bathroom sink plumbing. Went on for about a minute then shut off. Breakfast food was ALL cold even the coffee was Luke warm. Terrible experience!! Parking was fine. Room layout was nice. Bed was comfortable. All ruined by the above issues.

Clean it was all good except breakfast did know they could make bacon paper thin all hot food tasted like was prepared many hours before and was dry
