Very convenient location. Easy on and off. Ivory fork bar was very nice. Tina is an AWESOME and attentive bartender. Made us feel like we were at our local bar. Beds comfortable as always at a double tree and shower wasn't trickling it actually had power. Location is also great for getting around the area as a whole. Would definitely return if in the area again. But you must hit the Park West Diner on your way back out. Definitely worth the extra time.

Hotel is old and elevator was out of order the air conditioning in our room didn’t work would not stay again.

The young lady in the lobby was rude. I came 10mns before 3p.m. she told me my room was not ready with a nasty attitude. I had to wait, so did a lot of other people.. One of the elevator was out of order. I would not return to that place.

Bed was horrible, I have a pesitant backache from the soft mattress .

I did not get the room until 4:40 pm even tho the check in is at 3:00 pm . I have been told that the room is not ready. When we entered the suite the carpet was very dirty and the pillows and sheets smelled bad. It is a shame. It used to be a great hotel.

As soon as you walk in, the ambience was breathtaking, the smell was refreshing, everywhere you was well kept, visible friendly staff.

I primarily use a hotel to sleep. Unfortunately the loud airco made that hard. Especially since the fan is either on max or off.
