Expensive no microwave in the room had to go to lobby to use one pool was out of service tv wasn’t working the did come until the next night offer breakfast vouchers for it

Location was very convenient for needs. The maintenance person was very responsive and helpful. We had to move rooms multiple times. First room - clogged toilet, broken door lock and broken phone. Second room - Broken a/c 5th floor hallways extremely warm Room not cleaned appropriately- pull out couch cushions not replaced, coffee table not back in place. Garbage left on the dining table . Garbage bag pulled from can in bedroom and then left on dresser.

We had to change room three times on the of our arrival with our 3 yeah old daughter because the air-conditioning was not functioning after discussing what maintenance we found out that there was like half of the building that the air-conditioning doesn’t work well. I have to say the staff was very accommodating giving the situation and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

The property was modern and very comfortable. The housekeeping service continued to take our bath mat and towels and not replace them.

I was warned about pool. And yet, I saw no work happening and it was still closed.

Double Tree did not disappoint!! When traveling from South Jersey & we need a stay over Double Tree will be our first choice. Clean, comfortable & staff is friendly & helpful. Lobby is just beautiful. The plants absolutely beautiful. See you again in October for a wedding. Thank you Everythhing
