It is not a 5 star hotel, but the room was very clean and neat. I stayed one night with my partner.

The room was clean and comfortable

Front desk was unsantized coffee area and had mold and scattered window at check in. Halls had holes in moldings and smelled like mold. Room smelled like mold and WEED! Rooms were not clean and smelled dirty even the non smoking rooms. Pictures on site were not of that hotel a d very misleading! I had to drive 3hrs home at 11pm (getting home after 2am) bacause the clerk said my payment went through and had to contact Travelocity!

The location was the worst though. Coming off of US 46 you can’t see the hotel but you have to cross 3 lanes in less than 20 yards which is almost impossible during the day so you have to figure out how to get around this very busy interchange.

The staff was nice and polite but most of all the delicious coffee that was free The floor could've been cleaned and mopped better....but most of all not enough outlets to charge your phone...not one outlet by the bed

Room was not cleaned good . stains on the walls . There was no body wash in the bottle . The walls were paper thin you could hear everything. I Do not recommend this place.

I am not sure why cleaning staff dont do their job properly!I also ask one extra pillow,the answer was no.

Only a one-night stay , it looks better online than in person but its wasnt to bad. Two and a half three stars

The pictures online are lies. Even staying one night, it was not good. The corners of the floors were dirty. The one of two beds in our room was not stable. I leaned on it to put on shoes and the whole bed slide and I nearly fell. The hallways smells extremely bad of cigarettes and wet mold. If I had a way to get out of staying there I would have. The staff was very kind and friendly but the place is trash. Simple cleanliness was not adhered too. The only reason I slept on the bed was because it had a plastic wrap so I knew the mattress was covered.

It's been cool, I go there most of the time, so the staff that work there are down to earth cool people... The only thing, most the the sinks when you turn the water on, the water either stays full and doesn't go down or it takes awhile for it to go down, I would say they need a good plumber FOREAL..Same thing when your showering, same damn problem...

i had it filter for breakfast but then i got there no breakfast. also toilet was broken couldn’t flush without fill the toilet with water. no towels, room smelled like cigarettes. meanwhile no smoking!! pictures dont look like irl. bed are small. even queen size. head broad was the only thing accurate!

Filthiest hotel i ever been to

When I asked for a different room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Only after requesting a refund was another room suddenly available. The hallways and stairwells were filthy, and while the second room was slightly better, it was still not clean. The bathroom was poorly maintained and didn’t even have toilet paper. WARNING: The pictures advertised online are extremely misleading and fake, they look nothing like the actual property or rooms. What you see online is not what you will get. I stayed only because it was late and my children and I were exhausted. This property has serious cleanliness and safety issues. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
