Didn’t like the smell and my bracelet went missing

There was stains on the linen, come of the rooms had a smell and I didn’t want anyone in the room someone went in and now my bracelet is missing

The TV was the only thing I liked. There was no clean sheets on the beds, even the replacement sheets weren’t clean. The shower drain was clogged and filled with gunk. I asked for a drain, and it still didn’t work. The floors weren’t clean or mopped either. The chair in the room was sticky and you could tell it hasn’t been wiped down properly.

I understand they have new management but they outside is nice but the room new fix and the wifi in my room wasn’t working or the tv wasn’t working. We had to switch our room because there were roaches in one room. Then the second room they give us the toilet seat was broken and dirty.

-Free parking -Air conditioning -The check-in staff was polite -Mini fridge and microwave -Low rates (you get what you pay for, that's for sure) The cons: -NO elevator -The mattresses were two different lengths -There was a cigarette burn on one sheet and some stains on sheets on both beds -The frames sounded warped and made loud sounds when getting in and out of bed (made sleeping difficult) -The walls were thin, dirty, and had tears in the wallpaper -The floors had a film on them (possibly from cleaning supplies) -The toilet sounded terrifying when flushed (possibly air in the pipe, but still) -Low water pressure in the shower -The bathroom door had to be forcibly shut and had paint peeling around the base -The ice bucket was dirty (yes, a bag goes inside, but they are thin and tear easily, which would have lead to dirty ice) I don't leave reviews very often, but I couldn't not say anything about this hotel. I had to laugh at the situation to keep myself from crying. Just know, if I had the money, I would have found somewhere new the first night

Phone rang at 11:45am to say that I needed to come down to pay the $15 right then. This was the same person who told me the night before that late check-out was fine with the additional fee. I asked if I could pay at 1pm when we were scheduled to check out and was told no, I needed to pay the additional $15 right then. Not an ideal ending to a mediocre stay.

The location was ok. The TV worked. I booked ahead but the front desk attendant tried to give me a room that was not what I paid for and kept telling me that the bed was a king when he and I knew it was not as it is not my first time visiting this location. He then proceeded to switch me to an actual deluxe king room. I went to turn the light on in the bathroom and the entire floor was flooded and I slipped and fell. It was already late and I was tired from driving so I just stayed in the smaller room he initially tried to give me. This was the worst experience I've ever had here and I'm NEVER going back.
