The Wayne Inn

My sister’s room had hair on her sheets. The shower head was going on the ceiling. And the bath all rusted. Never again ! However the staff was nice but room still horrible.

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.!!

I noticed as I was walking down the hall to my room that the floor was dirty. There are dirt/poop (pets are allowed) stains stuck on the tile. In the room I was in, there were no extra chairs. Only 2 desk chairs. There is no closet for hanging up clothes. Only a clothes rack with a few hangers in the corner. The floor also has dirty stains. The bed was comfortable, but the bedspread has holes in it. At night, there is noise from the traffic nearby. Good was: no insects and the a/c. The bathroom has minimal space. A hefty size person will have difficulty getting in and out of it. Also, there is a large hole in the wall at the top of the shower. There is no dining facility on the premise. The hibachi restaurant next door (no other shops nearby) opens at 11:30 am. The staff was pleasant. My room was not cleaned the 3 days I was there. I guess I had to request it. I emptied my own garbage. In summary, this inn is a renovation and is a cheap redo. The materials used in the redo looks used with stains and scratches. Not pretty to look at. The Wayne Inn may be very affordable, but it certainly lacks comfort and quality. Not coming back.

Sink was not draining, they need better housekeeping..rooms need to be repair. Staff was great. 2nd day screaming kids running on halls for a full hour no one say anything. then next morning same kids. Don't stay more that one day..

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bed and pillows, a cockroach in the room, and water leaking from a damaged ceiling. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but the second room had the same issues and was in similarly poor condition. The overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and unacceptable. I had to leave early and could not use the remaining nights of my reservation. To make matters worse, despite providing photos of the conditions, the hotel has refused to provide a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bad- shared the room with a cockroach. Shower curtain rod held up with toothpicks. Hard to sit on toilet with door in my knees. Not bad for a solo traveler.

The room was spacious, clean Nothing real major just wasn't enough towels and this dog I think next door kept barking and kept me up most the night but other than that it was a okay stay

Decent place to stay

The sink randomly leaked. The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s...

I walked into the room and immediately was disgusted. The room was not clean, there was a hole in the ceiling from water damage. There was a MUGNUM CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE DRESSER DRAWER. Looked to be semon stains on the walls and bed. Disgusted and did not stay, returned keys immediately. Would like my money back, you shouldn’t even list this on your website.

Had roaches didn’t even stay they wasn’t tryin to give me refund

Roaches in room food in microwave from last guest..smell in lobby when I checked in.. Nice hot shower and friendly staff

The hotel service was very little. not cups for hot drinks in the room. no bottle drinking water. no greetings from the hotel staff when checking in nor when you went in and out. If it is only a room to sleep in then it is fine, but not for the price they charged. Maybe worth it if $40, $ 50 max.
