Ceiling had water damage wallpaper coming off wall sheets were stained and had holes on them I stayed fully clothed w arms and legs covered on bed felt dirty unkept like owner of hotel doesn’t care at all about property

Booked a stay and couldn’t get a room day of. They guy in the front swiped my card even though I had a room booked, and I didn’t get my money back

Without a doubt this was a clean property. It did not surprise me after seeing how passionately the cleaning lady was mopping the floor. I gave her an orange as a thank you. I'm always grateful for an immaculate property

I liked the employees, but the facility was absolutely filthy. I had to get clean sheets myself and put them on because I was hair all in there. Whoever's cleaning the place needs to be fired because they're not cleaning anything. It was absolutely disgusting hair everywhere here in the shower the floors in certain areas were just filthy. They're not they need to get a scrape from scrap them in some areas. It's just insane how dirty it was. I don't care how cheap it is. It still should be clean. Again, I like the staff the location was OK. I'm still kind of far out, but you know I was still like a little 20 minute drive into Jersey to transit to Manhattan from there, but the worst part of it all was the filth absolutely insane how filthy it was.

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. After the first time I was told that "some guest don't want the room cleaned everyday." I assured the clerk that I did want it cleaned everyday but still had to ask SEVERAL more times (we were there for 8 days). One day housekeeping bypassed my room all together and I had to come out into the hall and request that she at least take the garbage that had piled up and give us clean washcloths and towels. Her husband was extremely rude and impatient with me; answering for her as though it were not her job or she did not understand why I was so annoyed!
