I am stunned that Expedia recommended this hotel. There were bugs, trash on the chair left by someone earlier, security guards everywhere, and fireworks debris all around my car (and I suspect there is damage there, but I can't confirm that yet). The staff was friendly, though.

Room was so dirty, it had crumbs at the floor, someone else's hair in the bathroom, shower smelled like mildew, towels were stained, the stair railing was falling off its hinges and the building itself was just not well maintained. The lobby was dark and empty. The only good thing i would say is that the young girl at the front was very helpful and helped us cancel 3/4 nights that we had reserved. Other than that, i would not stay here again.

Nice clean room.. only thing that was a problem, but really wasn't was the entry door stuck when I tried to open it. But for the price for a night wasn't bad at all.

No working phone in the room to call front desk. You have to request room cleaning and change bed sheets, etc. and have to walk to front desk to ask for that. No working pool.

there was / is no working TV, Phone or Micro and the lights went out at my lamp, i fell and no one helped me And they wont change mty room. im a 76 yr old that uses a walker... i want my monet back

Just dont stay there. The room was barely clean. The tv didnt work in the first room they gave me. There also was no refrigerator in the first room.They didnt have no type of breakfast like it tells you.

The worst ever stay in my life time. Property was not clean, towels had blood stains, room floors were very dirty, pool was closed and complementary breakfast was not served. My kids started to screaming not to stay here once we landed.

Fue una mala experiencia solo es el nombre, porque la cama llena de cabellos, las toallas, la mesa sucia de comida. Era habitación para no fumadores, y en la puerta fumando otras personas. Toda la noche no pude descansar un ruido terrible de una maquina, el parqueo unas personas con todo el volumen de música en el auto. Los basureros llenos de basura. Terrible experiencia no recomiendo

When you complain, they tell you it isn’t a 5 start hotel, and if you stay more than one night, you have to get lucky to actually have your room cleaned the next day. I would never stay here again in my life.

Nothing at all to like except the ac worked good The whole place is outdated,stained sheets pillow cases everyhting run down ,tv outdated it got the old dish network remote with no dish channels. I was ready to leave as soon as i got in the room. No cieling light just 2 lights on the wall with light bulbs not working
