Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield

The property is very clean. The reception has to tell the truth about breakfast. When we booked it said free breakfast but in the morning we were told we had to pay if we wanted to have breakfast.

Front desk people were rude.

Very satisfied with my overnight stay. Thank you for having us.

Also the hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were polite. Good gym. The chicken burger served at the restaurant was really poor, I had to send it back, sorry! The sound insulation in the rooms was also not so good.

Clean all over and the room was clean too had a nice smell through out the property and the staff was so helpful

Difficult to find hotel. Signage hard to see.

I’ve stayed at Courtyards previously and this was not the best. Others had breakfast buffets with a charge. This had an area with Starbucks coffee and a very limited selection. The room was spacious and well equipped. My wife and I don’t like to have daily maid service for a three night stay, so we keep the do not disturb tag on the door. On day one the liquid soap dispenser was empty which I believe should have been filled before our arrival. I tried to use the coffee on morning one, and while the water got hot, it wasn’t pulling the water through the tube to the coffee filter. I was almost scalded by the steam coming from the machine. I decided that coffee wasn’t a necessity and reported the problem when I checked out. The shower was aesthetically pleasing but the water flow was horrible. If you wanted a cold shower the pressure was great, but as you increased the temperature the flow decreased and it was difficult to find a happy middle. I know some people like a firm mattress, but this wasn’t just firm, it was uncomfortable.

Room service came four times in one week every time we needed to ask for something we have to go down and get it from the front desk

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Everything was great staff was awesome the only thing was we had a little sad child because pool was not working and by the time it was to come home it was to late but all was great.

Clean and spacious room! Bed was very comfortable. Asked for extra pillows and they were delivered to the room immediately. Very friendly staff and lots of parking. Close by the Willowbrook Mall that had a ton of dining and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but smelled of mildew. The staff was exemplary especially the young lady who checked us in (I hate I can remember her name). The room's heating (outside temps were in the 40s) was good. Comfy bed. The tv sucked. Turning it off and on and navigating the channels were a challenge as the remote seemed to have difficulty connecting with the tv.

Staff was very welcoming always greeting you when you’re coming in and going out and the room was very cleans and neat.

The staff was friendly attentive and very personable I would give them a high rating . The room was subpar it was a handicap room with a tub lots of handles that all were not stable aka loose , no shower curtain so water got all over the floor ( makes it slippery) a master switch next to the light switch which wasn’t mentioned . Toilet paper holder broken. The front desk gave us a free breakfast for the inconveniences. Which was nice .I guess I expected more from a Marriott
