It was a terrible experience. After calling the property to confirm the ability of an accessible rooms. We got a room in the second floor down a few stars steps and to long hallways getting to the smelly room, not accessible. It was impossible to stay. Should not be operating on such deplorable conditions.

The place was ok , for the money
-
I didn’t like anything the building is ran down the floors in the hallways was dirty and had mold on it the room wasn’t up to date sheets had hair and stains on it I was very uncomfortable

Lot of money for nothing.

Location of the hotel was convenient to where I was going the morning after. Breakfast was minimal, but good enough to get going. Presentation was lacking though... a piece of cardboard on the counter to catch waffle mix spills?? Although they were clean, I did not appreciate the size of the beds (expected queen beds, not full size; not an appropriate size for 2 adults). The sorry state of the shower and its surroundings. Shower walls were cracked and "browned", grout on the floor behind the toilet near the shower was also brown. And the main hotel hallway's carpet was visibly stained probably beyond saving.

It was filthy. Broken glass in the driveways hair and dirt on the hallways. We tried to move to a different hotel and they said they could not help us. We did not stay the second night and lost our money.

The staff was lovely, especially the front desk and laundry personnel— however the property is very run down, and not particularly clean, and nothing was really nice at all except from the tv which was new. We actually questioned whether we had booked the wrong hotel.

CONS: It was visibly aged with few amenities. The few pieces of equipment in the gym were all broken as was the water machine. So no workong out. Staff was hardly around to ask questions. There was no room cleaning or services, even though I requested it. I had to hunt down Staff on two occasions to ask for replacement towels and soap. Also the location is bad unless you have a car - you will need an Uber to access malls and to connect with other tramait services to go into NY. PROS: breakfast - though basic-came with the stay - toast, waffles, mini muffins, bagels, yogurt, apples, oranges and cereal. No hot foods (eggs, sauaage, bacon, potatoes). Also, there was coffee/tea/hot chocolate available by front desk throughout the day. There is a newly opened Starbucks and Raising Canes within walking distance which gives better food options. Overall it was a decent hotel, not too noisy, I felt safe, my room was clean on arrival. One of the room attendants - Ana - was really nice too! She loaned me a charger and turns out her sister has my name.

The hibachi restaurant that is joined to the hotel That I have to walk to breakfast
-
The location The whole building is pretty gross. The hallways, the chairs the curtains…. Gross!

I paid over $400 Canadian for two nights at a place that was really disgusting and needed an extreme makeover. The hallway carpeting was so filthy and dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. The towels in the bathroom are probably about five years old. They had no fluffiness or no texture to them other than like sandpaper. It was a real basic room and wasn’t worth the value of the money I paid.
