Best Western St. Louis Fairview Heights

The one thing I did not like was the lack of a soft drink machine or a snack machine without going to another hotel.

Room had moldy food in the microwave and brown liquid coming up from the floor. The floor needed repair too. The staff was great!

The front desk was very nice and helpful the hotel is being remolded but clean. Itwas clean and the Ac blow cold, the breakfast was good for a hotel with different items.Also was in a nice safe area , easy access to the interstate and stores and restaurants me and wife both said we would stay here again

I resented having to leave a $50 deposit just in case I trashed ther room I have never trashed a hotel room in my life and at 80 years old I’m not aboutt to start.

It's a pretty good hotel, if you're worried about cleanliness, then it's not a problem. However, the TV was completely messed up; it wasn't connected to wifi, and didn't let me connect to wifi. Netflix, youtube, etc. didn't work. The channels did not match the guide, and there were very few, etc. I spent at least an hour trying to figure out how to use it with no prevail. I called front desk, and although they're nice, didn't fix the problem at all. Breakfast is pretty mid. Room service also didn't come in at all during my week-long stay, which I thought was strange, I definitely needed new towels and stuff

The pool was closed since June 2 My room was not cleaned when the sign was not up for privacy The elevator had a problem and was not safe My key only worked 25% of the time which was very annoying returning to the desk so many times. Lobby was not cleaned from the night before. This location had road noise that was so loud you could not sleep.

Clean room and beds were comfortable. It was good for 1 night.

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was not good . Great location. Plenty of restaurants & stores around.

Probably not a good idea to stay here while they are working on it. Paint was everywhere and saw dust. No ice in the ice machine. Couldn’t use the pool. The tub didn’t drain well. No room service at all. The only good thing was the food.

The pool was out of order the whole trip. The mattresses were extremely hard. The tub did not drain timely. The TV kept going out and the breakfast was lacking something every morning. Also, the night clerk was rude. You definitely get what you pay for. If you need a cheap hotel for the night it will work, but it’s not somewhere I plan to stay again.

Fridge TV was half ass. Remote did not work properly. No bath tub. Some light's were not working. Coffee pot did not have all components to work. It was the worst kept property, and would hope you post this,so people will not have to be disappointed if they come there. A one star property.

Staff was friendly, but minor maintenance was not being taken care of. The hotel was so close to interstate the traffic noise was so loud it was hard to sleep.

Hotel is undergoing renovations so expect things to seem out of place or outdated. Then then that we had a good night stay and didn’t have issues.

Warm milk at breakfast. Eggs were brown?! Potatoes dried out. Cereal stale. Sausage weird and cold. Shower Water pressure was good though w hot water!

Booked the hotel due to having a pool and turns out pool was not open! Very disappointing we had to walk to another hotel and they were nice enough to let us use their pool for an hour. I will say the room was very clean but the lobby was not

The room was clean. There was no trash can, we went down and asked for more towels and a trash can. We were given the towels and was told they'd bring up the trash can but it was delivered. Breakfast was hot

They need to do more on cleanliness. There was dust and dirt on the windows. I itched alot on my first night, I asked for a change of bedding which was never done. They can use freshener to remove the dump smell.

Clean room but ankle deep water when showering.

Upon my arrival I checked in as normal. The reception gave me my room key arriving to my room. I opened the door and someone was already staying in the room that I was checked into. I went back downstairs, spoke with the attendant at the desk and told him someone was already in that room. He apologize gave me another room upon arriving that room the room smell of mildew and water damage went back downstairs got another room when I finally got checked into the last room I pulled the sheets back on the bed. There were blood stains and other stains on the sheets went back. The reception manager came in the room and stripped both of the beds said that the stains wasn’t coming out from the dryer when I checked out the next morning I asked if they can accommodate me for all the mishaps from the previous day, he stated that I had to get in touch with the third-party that I had booked from good morning.
