Staff is always friendly and helpful when necessary! Room was clean although the tp holder and 1 of the soap dispensers in the shower were broken. Other than that, great stay!

Looks like they are trying to remodel/update, but hotel is not clean! Pool was closed...had a sign that it had been shut down by health dept. Beds and sheets were the only clean thing in our room. Toilet paper holder was broken so tp would not stay on it and fell on floor, toilet bowl had not been cleaned very well, tub did not drain while showering, I ended up removing the whole piece just so it would slowly drain. Daughter fixed a waffle at breakfast only to find they had no syrup. As we were leaving, daughter yells because there were hundreds of ants crawling all over the floor/wall and there because of some sort of food on the floor. We were staying in town for a ball tourney and so was only there long enough to sleep and shower or I would have packed up and went else where.

The room was very clean as well as the sheets were nice, white, no stains. Breakfast was good and plenty. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I usually don’t write reviews complaining but this is by far the worst stay. The towels had a dead spider in them and the other one had a bunch of hairs, went to reception to get new ones and after waiting 20 minutes no one came out. The next day we notice that one of the beds had a HUGE yellow stain and lastly the sink was clogged up and leaking…

Good location. Sheets weren’t clean when we checked in. The microwave in our room didn’t work. The pool had been shut down by the health inspector. There was nothing to sanitize the workout equipment in the gym. I had to ask multiple times for new sheets, and finally the guy behind the desk just came and changed them himself. The toaster almost caught on fire at breakfast, and the lady working made it sound like it wasn’t the first time that had happened. I mentioned all of this when I checked out, and I didn’t even get as much as an “I’m sorry”.

Room was clean and hotel was well kept but the walls are typically thinner than most. Wasn’t too much of a bother though.

Toilet kept running and ants on the desk

Fire alarm woke my entire family at 6:30AM bc someone overcooked a waffle. I stayed overnight from a formal event at a near by location. There were no closet space to hang my suit or family fancy dresses. Swimming pool was closed did not pass inspection. Shower bathtub was slowly draining

Great staff! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. For the nightly rate, the property is very quiet and safe. Hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping. Reasonable drive to the airport. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and budget friendly hotel. I stayed for 1 week and absolutely had no issues.
