I would not recommend this place. The carpet was sticky and smelled awful. The bathroom was good but the bedroom was very poor

Wouldn't know but I was there before and it was very clean and they were very customer oriented

Loaded car and went to take my girl to get some breakfast and if was awful! She wouldn’t eat nothing! So went to check out and let them know what all was wrong and the lady at the front desk didn’t care what I had to say and blew it off but mumbled I’ll tell maintenance! We just left after that because we had a pageant tomorrow get to and I needed plug ins to get my girls hair done! Will never forget that experience and will never be back!!!

No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected.

The lamp covers in the room were stained with something orangeish brown, the shower still had hair all over the walls, the "headboard" on one of the beds had been ripped off the wall and was just sitting on the mattress platform. The elevator floor was sticky and had visible crud all over it, the walls and door were disgusting.

Convenient to shopping

Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Room was great except the bug I had in the room some kind of creepy crawlie. Overall great stay.

I did not like it at all bad room. The toilet was not working and the price was to high for a few hours didn't stay a whole night.

Property was vary poorly maintained, dated and smelled. Our TV didnt work, ac was falling apart, there were fist holes in the bathroom, bathroom mirror was broken, frige was frozen and one of the beds was smashed on one side. It smelled of stale cigarette and weed even though this claims to be a smoke free place. It's pretty evident that these owners do not reinvest into their business. Unfortunately most of hotels under this name umbrella are similar. Won't be doing this again.

The price, until I seen the condition of the hotel and also had to deal with the AM staff. My room was moved twice. The rooms are dirty, outdated. The beds were spoppily made up. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The light switches didn't work the light bulbs didn't work. The air conditioner barely worked.

Nothing room and customer service was horrible Everything the pictures where nothing like they look online and the Front desk clerk had a horrible attitude wasn’t understanding at all

Told me I had to be 21 and refused to give me my money back.

Everything in my room was clean and useful. Definitely a good stay other than the air conditioner cutting off and on.

The property is in a good location. Within walking distance to the mall and the different restaurants.

We were in our room not even 5 minutes before we decided we wouldn’t be staying there. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of air freshener, like it was trying to hide the scent of something else. As soon as we got to the door of our room, you could smell marijuana. Inside the room was even worse and the smell was definitely marijuana. The recliner in the room was dirty with food on the arm rest. The sink had hair on it. One of the outlets in the bathroom appears to have caught fire, as it was black and charred. I requested a refund, as we were only there five minutes, but was denied. I had two small children with me. There was no way we were going to stay there, even in a different room. Last time I stayed was several years ago and it has really gone downhill.

Very unsafe area guy at check in was sleeping on the floor the room was dirty and there was a literal cockroach in my bed and bugs everywhere very dirty
