It was just ok the sheets was dirty and the ac was leaking

Hotel room pictures are not the same as what you get at this hotel. Room had a bad smell. Trash and dirty towels in the hallways were left until the evening to be picked up. Chose this hotel due to the room and it did not have any of the amenities it said on the website.

This hotel was good for a weekend.

Clean looking room, smell of dirty air filter and bleach. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs updated. The tub was all stained yellow with prior tenants pubic hairs! Nice staff but definitely needs cleaned and updated. Carpet smells too

My first time there and service was great. When I come back in town to visit this is where I’m coming back to especially because their pet friendly and everything smelled fresh no Oder of pets in the building.

They reassigned us another room and it was very clean and fresh and we had no problems with the room. This room met my expectations for a Radisson Hotel. The only downside was we stayed in the room for 3-days and no one came to clean, empty trash, freshen up, chang out the towels or add toilet paper. Out side of that it was a very pleasant stay very comfortable.

It was okay for a night. I had three other older women with. Would not stay here again

The front desk was unattended and the bartender kept coming over to the front desk to check the charge on his cell phone but wouldn't help find the front desk person. When I got checked in and went to my room, there was no bath towels, soap, shampoo or conditioner. I got items from the front desk clerk. The following evening, I came back to wet towels folded up, but nothing else had been done. The bed wasn't made, the hair dryer wasn't put away and the toilet seat was up. For a little bit I thought someone had come into my room to use the bathroom and left. I didn't occur to me right away that housekeeping had been in the room.

The staff was not kid friendly.

There was not enough towels for the pool.

Staff are friendly Plenty of parking (free)

Bed linen, bathroom & walls in room was filthy. They took me to a different room and it was dirty as well. Instead of them assigning someone to clean the room properly I was asked, what do you want me to clean? A dirt foot print on the top cover, pillow cases food stains, room smelt like wet dog, toilet seat disgusting, grease hand prints on the walls, etc worst hotel experience I ever had. And yo ask me what do you want me to clean when you clearly see what I see is in insane! Ordered food but never got it because they claim the cook left. I was so disappointed, we left and never tried any food. They did nothing to accommodate us and told us to speak with the manager when she comes which she didn’t come in until hours after check out time. Crazy part is still haven’t spoken to her for some reason she’s never available nor does she return calls. Cooperate will be hearing from me!

Amazing stay overall. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean

The hallways, elevators, pool area was very hot..... no A/C

Quiet location Comfy bed Hot water all the time Clean room Bed pillow smelled of other people’s sweaty, stinky heads Elevator was stinky, warm and dirty. Breakfast was just Ok- not great and breakfast ended at 9:30.. 10:00 would be better.

That it was very nice and clean and friendly staff when checking in. Or ac in or room was either broke and set at one temp so it was cold or it was being controlled by management.

The property was close to everything and it was clean and had some curb appeal. There was lots of food left in my fridge. The breakfast was very sub-par for 13$. But other than that, it was very nice.

There was no housekeeping so beds didn't get made all week. I had to go to the front desk each time for fresh towels and was told to put used towels outside our door. There was one small trash can and it was in the bathroom.

Of the 2 rooms that we were given had many missing things in the room like a room light, extra chair, and waste basket. The room was not clean. Scraps of food was clearly visible around the room. The bathroom was okay but dusty and bathtubs need a deep clean.
