Radisson Hotel Fairview Heights - St. Louis

Staff was great! Room was nice. The bathroom needs updated.

The hotel is located in a great area however it needs some much needed work. The hotel only turned the air on in the lobby and bar area the elevator and room floors did not have air therefore it was hot from the elevator to your room. The room were decent but need major upgrading. Overall it was an ok place.

Nice lobby around. More than likely you will have to pay a deposit. Room were spacious with microwave &refrigerator.

TV service was Direct TV but no local channels could be accessed. Could not watch CBS, ABC, or NBC. Washcloth from prior guest hanging on shower rod. Bed comfortable. Room clean but not the cleanest. Required $100 security deposit which i felt excessive.

The hotel smelled like chemicals. It was so strong. They tried covering it with air fresher. And they said every room smelled the same way. We did not stay and had to find another hotel at the last minute. The staff and manager were not helpful at all.

Towels were nice. Beds were “low”. Like a Futon. Shower head was too low for males. Minimal lighting!!! Minimal counter space in bathroom.

The first room we were offered had a bad smell in the carpet but Shii at the front desk was very helpful and put us in another room we was please in.

Other than the above, everything was wonderful. I truly rest well. I am well pleased with the services I received. Thank you Radisson for accommodating me in my stay in Fairview Heights, IL.

Nice updates, friendly staff. You will hear noise above you during the day, but it got quiet at night.

Front door elevator dealer, bathroom door all stuck with it right now obviously they knew the issues and did not fix them

Our room was close to the front door on the first floor. Very quiet and peaceful

Tub was rusty. The smell of the building was not pleasant at all.

Clean comfy beds Large rooms Refrigerator and microwave Only small complaint was the AC didn’t work as well as I would have liked. I had it set on 60 and I was still hot. I luckily brought a fan so it was fine but it was NO way 60 degrees. It worked , but just not as well as it should ! Definately would stay again at this property !

Location and exterior look of the hotel. Room bath was dirty. Bathroom sick no water pressure. Room had chemical smell gave my wife headache. We booked 2 nights and tried to cancel second night but hotel would not work with us. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Our stay was even better than expected. Clean rooms and property, free water bottles available in the lobby. We had our dog and there was plenty of grassy area to walk them. Restaurant onsite.

Stayed two nights with my family. Overall, a pretty solid stay. I wish they still had free breakfast instead of breakfast to order.
