It was a decent stay if you are on a budget. That being said, the room was a little musty and the door had to basically be slammed open, because it stuck. It was nice and cold, had comfortable beds, and was quiet.

Our stay at the Radisson was good overall and the prices are good . The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping .The first room had a wet carpet smell and the front desk was notified and immediately moved us to another room . The bed was comfortable, the bar inside was nice and reasonably priced. The property was clean and everyone was friendly . My only complaint would be our towels had stains on them and the room had minor spots and stains in certain areas but overall the stay was nice and we would definitely stay again .

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Found someone else’s toenails on the ledge of the tub!! Was told that I could extend my room the next day and it was not communicated to the oncoming shift. I went to extend the room only to be told the room was booked while I was still in it!! I hadn’t even checked out the room yet and they didn’t even accommodate me. They said the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I had to book at another hotel!! Would not recommend to anyone.

The carpet in the whole facility needs to be cleaned. the elevator floor was sticky and there was muck on the elevator wall like someone used it as a napkin. The room smelled very musty, and the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, but the bed was very clean so that was a plus.

Overall my stay was a good the only issues I had was I made my reservation like 2 weeks ahead I trad to call a day before to get a early check-in because I was gonna arrive a bit early well that couldn't be done so check in is at 3 I arrived at 330 and still had to wait until almost 5 to check in I was not happy being tired and and I also had my 5yr old son with me ..absolutely unacceptable..but I will say the gentlemen working Askew I think is his name did a awesome just under pressure and made what could have been a disaster more bearable because it wasnt just me..shout out to Askew keep up the good work other than that it was all good also they might wanna put some fans in the pool area js

Old and dirty rug. Bathroom tub was rusted as was the toilet.

My reservation was lost. We didn’t stay. Reading other reviews, the place was dirty. We were not able to find accommodations elsewhere and will no longer be using this site for bookings. Lesson learned.

BTW, you must pay for the breakfast separately, it is not included with the price of the room. My family and I have stayed at this hotel before and are shocked to see the decline. Expected more from Raddison /choice hotels.

Breakfast is not included in the cost of the stay, But, I'm a coffee drinker for breakfast, so no issue there for me

Okay so we paid almost $500 for a 2 night stay. We got the handicap room which was NOT requested. The shower head was broken, the bathtub had a dip in the middle where the water pooled up. The rooms were okay cleaned. On my daughter's bedsheets was a false eyelash and she does not wear false eyelashes. If you wanted breakfast it was $11.99 extra. It was NOT worth staying here for almost $500. We will NOT be staying again.

The air-conditioning unit did NOT take the humidity out of the room. As a result, everything in the room felt damp. when we got home, the clothes in our suit case were damp to the touch. As a matter of fact, the tile on the bathroom floor and the entryway laminate was VERY slipper, I am an amputee who uses a prosthesis and/or crutches and the wet floor was dangerously slippery.

Also, we had multiple travel companions who were told their reservations through Choice were not found. Front desk said tough luck and said they aren’t associated with their own booking site. Took no ownership. Don’t stay here. Even if the alternative is 2x the price.
