When we stayed here two years ago, shortly after the remodel, the hotel was impressive. Sadly, it no longer feels as well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast service. The staff didn't seem to be communicating well, which led to a great deal of confusion. Guests who prepay for breakfast are required to obtain a ticket, and breakfast is no longer a buffet. Instead, you order from a limited menu, but the process was disorganized and frustrating. Based on this experience, we'll be choosing a different hotel for future visits. It's disappointing to see how much the quality has declined since our previous stays.

Water pressure was absolutely awful. I almost fell in the shower because you can’t rinse the soap away properly. Breakfast staff was terrible. Gym is laughable. The room itself was fine with the beds being mildly comfy. The front desk person was very hard to understand and told me and my father 2 different things about breakfast. Not worth what they are charging for rooms here.

Comfy bed, big bathroon The night we checked in the shower didn't put out any water except a small stream, the next morning it did start working. The bedroom remote didn't work except for the volume

My stay was ok its a shame i payed all that money for a nice room and even had to pay another $100 on top of what i already paid. But that wasn't the problem the problem was me and my wife asked for a king suit with a fing bed and World whirlpool tub. Didn't get it EVEN after asking for it TWICE! Lets just say me and my wife dont plan on going back there. Ill sleep out by the camp Fire before I go back.
