Clean room. Bartender was super nice.

Other than that, we felt our hotel was clean and spacious. We really were impressed with the bathroom. Double vanity with a large walk-in shower. Appears to be updated recently which was nice. The lobby restaurant and bar looked nice as well. The fitness room is very small and the indoor pool was small but clean.

The charges to my credit card do not match the charges listed on the Guest Folio received from the hotel.

Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again

Horrible stay... Booked for a business trip, arrived to find out the entire internet system including their key cards/access has been down for multiple days. No mention prior to this. I had to be escorted to my room every time. Not offered any sort of compensation, which is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

The only issue we experienced was a leak coming from the ceiling above the toilet in the bathroom. We reported it to the front desk and were quickly and efficiently moved to a different room. The staff was very helpful. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of food options in the area and easy access to the highway. There are two public transit stations a short drive away (but allowing trips to downtown St. Louis without driving and parking in the city). Would stay here again if needed.

We also had an issue with our shower not working properly. However, the staff was very accommodating and immediately provided us with another room to use for showering until ours was repaired the following day. Their quick response and excellent customer service made the situation much better.

The room was very clean and the only thing was the sofa bed didn't have sheet or blanket on it. Staff corrected the situation immediately. We would stay at the facility again.

AC didn't work, room was hot even with thermostat set on 60.. staff was rude and unhelpful... conference room was hot

When we stayed here two years ago, shortly after the remodel, the hotel was impressive. Sadly, it no longer feels as well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast service. The staff didn't seem to be communicating well, which led to a great deal of confusion. Guests who prepay for breakfast are required to obtain a ticket, and breakfast is no longer a buffet. Instead, you order from a limited menu, but the process was disorganized and frustrating. Based on this experience, we'll be choosing a different hotel for future visits. It's disappointing to see how much the quality has declined since our previous stays.

Water pressure was absolutely awful. I almost fell in the shower because you can’t rinse the soap away properly. Breakfast staff was terrible. Gym is laughable. The room itself was fine with the beds being mildly comfy. The front desk person was very hard to understand and told me and my father 2 different things about breakfast. Not worth what they are charging for rooms here.
