The place is old and not well maintained.

Alice was the front desk person when I checked in. I asked for a first floor room which wasn't available. She checked with house keeping. And within 30 minutes my room was available. When I got back from dinner my room was ready. Extra step was great to see.

Fire alarm in our room went off at about 10PM - didn’t know why but it stopped quickly - no problem except left wondering why. However, then got woken up at 4AM by same. Not cool!!

Nothing about this hotel is nice, but nothing about this hotel is bad - it's "good enough" and that's okay. I would stay here again without issue.

The sewer had backed up in kitchen. The smell was almost unbearable. The cleanup with Lysol stink too

Horrible stench!!! Unclean and down right trifling!! Hair was in the bathtub and old urine around the toilet and toilet seat. Moldy and mildew due to water leak. I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Breakfast wasnt kept up with and stayed empty both days we stayer.

It is unclear whether this issue resulted from a bad carpet cleaning or another maintenance-related concern; however, the odor was pervasive enough to negatively affect the overall experience. In fact, the smell was so overwhelming that I was reluctant to unpack and open my suitcase during my stay. Under normal circumstances, I would have immediately checked out and sought accommodations elsewhere; however, after a full day of travel and late check in, I was simply too exhausted to relocate.

Rooms were great and the bed was good as well. I was told that I was unable to get an extra blanket for my room also I would recommend you find breakfast elsewhere when staying here as well.

Other reviewers are way too nice. This place deserves zero stars and should be condemned. It took over an hour to check in, i was given three rooms before being checked into the correct jacuzzi suite. No microwave, no phone, key cards would not work, and to top it off the jacuzzi had pink slime and was broken. The staff ignored every issue of mine and multiple others that were staying there so I checked out early. (Edit: I forgot to mention that I ordered food and the clerk let it sit out all night then claimed that I didnt answer the phone that was already reported broke!)

Water wouldn’t get hot enough to use the jetted tub in room. Tv was broken. Bed was just ok

Finally got in room 208 - dog barking next door. People pounding on that door claiming to be the police looking for a minor child at. 1 am. Breakfast was dismal - food stale, no milk, no juice. No extra pillow or linens available. Front desk person didn’t offer help or remedy. Wanted us to drive to another city up the way for a single room when we needed 2 splitting our party between two hotels

There was a smell in our room that was very strong. Other than that it was clean.

There were cockroaches at the FRONT DOOR, in the elevator, on the floors, and everywhere in the room. Bedbugs in the bed, couch, lord knows where else. We left and called CS Hotel.com; they advised us to leave & refund us. We left our bags and came back. (Thankfully, no hitchhikers were found.) Hotel.com CS rep said that the hotel refused to continue the conversation in English and kept hanging up on them. When we checked out, the lady/owner at the desk started in English, then changed to her native language and kept saying no English. When we checked in there lady was upset that her room was nasty, and the lady did the same to us. She kept telling her spouse/brother/male co-worker my area code on repeat. Super odd. A guy who speaks her native language looked at us and evaluated $$$, took note of our mid-line car, my jewelry, and the credit card that was used -- felt very "casing us." Super odd interactions. The lady was certain that we had a dog, and I kept telling her, no. We do not have a dog; no dog lives in our home - there is NO DOG. People came out to look at our car while the doors were open and what we were bringing in, and checking for a dog. The hotel is very old and smells like a cross of vomit/mold/dirty. The lobby is very worn down. Holes in the wall with "landlord special" patch jobs, along with all the repairs we saw. Many other budget hotels in the area, and it's easy on and off the highway/interstate. Lots of places to eat and shop.

The hotel had an odor walking into the building. The room was okay however, extra sheets and cover for the let out bed was not in the room. Had to got to the front desk to get. The smell along would make you turn around l. I couldn’t because I booked on another site and would lose my money other wise I would’ve went to a different hotel

This was a place we stopped to stay over night after a long day of driving. The property its self was old and a bit musty smelling, however, it was well maintained and the rooms were clean. It could use some cleaning in the hallways. The price was right and it served it purpose for the night.

For the price $60 the hotel was ok.

The entire hotel had a terrible odor, including my room. The smell was even in the tissue. I had to ask for some kind of air freshener to spray down the couch and floor. Everything about the room is so outdated, also. Please at least get smart tvs for the rooms. The caulk in the tub/shower was old, cracking, and need to be replaced. The air conditioner had a really funny sound. Had a couple of long strands of hair in the sink.

Our initial room had a really weird smell and we were moved. There were stains and scuffs everywhere and even a piece of food on the wall. The power flickered. The staff at the front desk was great, but it just didn't seem overall cared for.
