The room was clean the staff was nice

I like everything about our stay I will stay there again when we come back

This was a great hotel that was close to St. Louis. It was super easy to get to.

So stay here if you're looking to watch 10 roaches crawl on your wall and find dead ones in the fridge and bathroom. Also, it stinks. I'm assuming it's decades of mold and cigarette smell baked deeply into the carpet that hasnt been cleaned in years, no other explanation for the stench. And here comes the fake corporate response, behold!

I do feel bad for the front desk employee, who tried her best to help, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel need serious improvement. Even the glass doors in the main lobby were so dirty that you could barely see through them. Unfortunately, we will not stay at this hotel again.

I reserved a room with the jets (I have back issues) and thought that would be nice when kiddos went to pool. Well, pool was completely closed and if we would have known we would have reserved a diff hotel. So to try and make things better, hey go use the tub... the jets, none of them worked. Water wouldn't even stay in the tub, slowly drained. There were no snacks down stairs for them to go get chips, banana, nothing! Breakfast was not even worth going down stairs for... no batter for waffles and a 15 yr old called what was suppose to be a sausage patty, a hamburger patty. He said Ive never had hamburger for breakfast, this is what this is, right?! Staff check in last night, she was nice. There wasnt anyone around when we left so we just left the key cards in the basket that said key drop off. I really felt bad for the 70ish yr old lady that checked in in front of us. She ended up on our floor and as we started to our room she said excuse me can you help me with my key. Basically she was exhausted and thought maybe she couldnt see something and was doing something wrong. She wasnt, her key just wasnt working... we checked and made sure room number was correct on paper. She said she was traveling alone and didnt know how she was going to push everything back down there and then back up. We offered to stay by her stuff but she said not to worry about it. So we went on to our room, didnt want to make her uncomfortable.

It smelled like mold and bug spray

Business center did not work basically just there for show. Don't believe they have any intention on fixing computers or adding internet & printer. Ask for extra pillow but was denied. Breakfast was terrible and most items were out of stock. Staff not very helpful at all.

None I don't like anything it was gross cockroaches bug bugs dirty sheets no food no coffee pool was out of order and skunk

Location The pool was down and the one day out of the 4 the water was super foggy not sure what that means. Some of the staff was rude exceptional to my kids. Breakfast was okay but limited and not hot. Beds were kinda hard.

Location was easy to access check in was poor. I booked an accessible room with roll in shower. I was given a standard room. I was told the roll in shower room was not available. The shower head in the room I was given was jury-rigged with tape and it leaked so bad there was extremely low water output at the shower head. Barely enough water to take a shower. Breakfast was cold at 6:15 a.m.

Handy location, comfortable and clean

Clean enough and not bad for a night stay. Pool was pretty good. Breakfast wasn’t great and most things were out when we went down there without anyone filling them up. Overall, just ok.

The location is amazing but that's the only positivity with the location. The room smelled extremely moldly, the carpet looked old & dirty, no extra blankets or sheets were available for the sofa bed in the room. I went to the front desk multiple times to request bedding in order to use the bed but constantly told it was in laundry. The kids feel asleep without bedding & I woke up midnight to go to front desk again & finally received bedding.

Staff were helpful.

The facility was cleaned, and the staff was helpful; however, the toilet didn't flush well, breakfast had limited options, and the waffle machine didn't work. Overall, our stay was okay. It could have been better.
