The staff were nice and friendly. They are answered my concerns.

The pool was closed by the Health Department for improper disinfectant levels. There was no prior warning so I could book a stay at another property. The bathroom had a mildew odor. The faucet in the tub sprayed everywhere when trying to shower. One of the rooms we had, did not have any hot water. The front desk clerk didn't seem able to/ or want to understand what I was trying to tell him. Overall not a great experience.

We ended up not staying. After requesting rooms 2 separate times, finding fresh blood in beds, brown stains, and many bugs… they gave us our money back. Thankfully we left our items in the truck!

Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was good and comfortable but it smelled of smoke when we entered. The ac was not running and it was stuffy in July. The morning we left we were walking to the only elevator and the housekeeper look straight at us and got on the elevator with large rolling linens bins and closed the door. That is terrible customer service. There is no covered door way and it was pouring rain so we got soaked along with our luggage. It’s also close the highway and is noisy at night.

Room smelled musty. They used a carpet spray to mask the order, which made me nauseous. I asked for a different room and was told that all the rooms used the same carpet spray. Asked them to replace the shower curtain because it smelled, which they did. Ended up checking out early. The staff were very helpful.

The staff was helpful and she was really nice. It was only two problems it had an odor and the stopper didn’t work, but besides that the stay was awesome. The location was the BEST!! You have everything and anything you want and need.

Great place to stay but they are getting a bit lower rating bc we were not informed the pool was under maintenance until we arrived.

The property felt a bit worn out. It was ok for the night but the hallways were in rough shape, the room smelled like acetone.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Carpets were disgustingly gross—dirty and torn. Coffee tasted like flavored water, and speaking of water, no water for breakfast or in the fitness center. Room partly redone, but still smelled musty.

The rooms were clean. I look forward to having my coffee in the morning. They had no nondary Creamer. What about people that are lactose insolerate? All they had was flavored Creamer. It was nasty, the coffee tastes like flavored water. The staff was not helpful at all. They had no extra towels and the lobby. We come in at 11 o'clock at night. And the lobby smell like weed, the manager that was on call, told us she could not make them leave. We could leave if we wanted to. That was not very helpful at all. I will probably not go back there again.

When we entered our room, there was a very strong unpleasant odor. The shower and shower curtain were moldy. Door hinges were rusty. We questioned whether our sheets were clean. There was, what looked like a cigarette burn - small hole with blackish/brown edges - on one of the sheets. Hotel really needs an update!
