Hotel was overly terrible. I had accidentally booked a day earlier before my arrival so I had to pay for an extra night. While getting situated there was plenty of things wrong with with the hotel there was a sign on the pool entrance door saying how the pool wasn’t cleaned and was closed by the state. Then we get to the room first thing we noticed was a bug crawling by the toilet in the restroom and then also noticed hair and just dirt all in the bath tub. After leaving and then returning back to the room with cleaning supplies. We had decided to disinfect the bed and spray it down after pulling the covers back I noticed a bed bug and immediately took a picture and went down stairs to front desk to let them know. I ened getting a refund and my deposit back and booked another hotel.

Nothing Nasty rooms the smell and quality of food

The pool was closed; we were directed to use the pool at the property next doors. The carpets were sticky and damp in the rooms. There were air fresheners laid on tables throughout the halls and room as if it were a smoking floor previously.

I am not from St.Louis and chose this hotel because I have one at home and it’s a nice hotel here at home we got there and when we checked in the lady told us the pool was closed this was the whole reason why we booked at this place because of the indoor pool. Then we got into the room and the bathroom sink was so loose that everytime you turn the water on it would move. The shower faucet was loose I was scared to pull the tab up to do the shower. Then the water was still spraying out of the shower faucet while showering. The overall experience was terrible and I will not book here again.

The pool has been down since 3-12-26 per health department. We went down early to be able to enjoy the pool for a couple days before the softball tournament. Reason why we booked there along with others from the team was for the pool. Yes, we were told we could go to best western and swim, but with a softball tournament in town, and combing two hotels into one pool, isn’t ideal either. Knowing the pool has been down so long, I feel like they should have a notice online when you book that it’s down. Or call and leave a message with the guests. Breakfast was decent , minimal seating and signs saying you cannot take anything to your room to eat in your room. Overall it was an okay stay but the lack of communication about the pool is unacceptable.

Pool was closed. Carpets in our room were wet in places the whole stay. We had no body wash, even asked twice for some.

My favorite place to stay in Fairview Height.
-
Room was clean and comfortable, other than some noisy people in the hall, very pleasant stay.

The room was nice and big . The only complaint I got is the microwave the door was broken and water was coming through the windowsill when it rained. And I was told, maintenance was coming multiple times to fix everything. But nobody showed up.
