From time we walked in to the Durry Inn Collinsville IL. The staff was so welcoming not just front desk everyone we interacted with during our stay. Served a free dinner meal and free break and still paid less than a high dollar name brand hotel accross street. The room was very clean bed was comfortable. And plenty of parking for truck with trailer. And very well lit parking felt safe walking out at dark. Alot to choose from eating within walking distance. Very pleased and felt like we got money's worth. Would deffinatley recomend to anyone.

All the staff were super friendly. The evening drinks/food was very good as was breakfast the next morning. The facility and our King suite was very clean. Bed was very comfortable too. Wonderful stay!

We stayed at the same place on Sunday night. We decided we would return on Thursday night due to family being on the hospital. Monday morning, I went to the front desk. Said we were checking out, but wanted to book the sane king room for Thursday night. We would be coming after getting off work, and it's over a two hour drive. They said okay. When we arrived late Thursday night. The lady at the counter said they don't reserve rooms like that. We have a room on the second floor you can have. We specifically asked for the one on the 1st floor because I have recently had ankle fusion surgery and have difficulty walking. Anyway, we get to our room on the second floor, it's a double queen room. I went back down and said something to the lady. She said queens were the only ones they had left. I had reserved a king room. I wasn't happy. I told her that I knew she gave our room away to someone else. She didn't deny it. The room we had was clean and fine, and we slept well. It just wasn't what we had reserved or expected after working 13 hours, and then driving over 2 hours to get there.

The amenities where excellent and offered more then other places offer. The staff were kind d and friendly. The rooms where clean, comfortable, and up to what you wa t feom a hotel stay.I would stay there again.

My son especially loved the pool. It was definitely his favorite part of the stay. The Marketplace downstairs was also really convenient for grabbing a quick snack or something to drink without having to leave the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in town.
