The room was clean and the staff was friendly I liked everything

Very clean all around, friendly staff

Really clean and spacious. Room very comfortable. Nice outside area with fire pits and grills. Great inside lounge area with games and a nice bar. Breakfast was good. Not much. Coffee ran out both days but someone did eventually bring more. I have to nitpick to says thing I didn’t like.

Excellent stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Flagstaff, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again

Everything was fine except for the bathroom door. It was a sliding door with a grip that was inserted in the door. If the door was fully open or fully closed it would stick some and we would have to pull extra hard which was bad on the fingers. The grip was made of metal and the edges were fairly sharp.

Close to NAU campus and very clean.

I paid for my room up front before I arrived for check in and when I got there my room was sold out. So I had to take 1 bed and my kid slept on the floor. Breakfast was gone by 9am and they stopped serving breakfast at 930am there was nothing left. I had to go and spend more money at a restaurant!! Ridiculous

Very clean. Room was well stocked and organized and good sized. This was the best breakfast as compared to other brands. Will return. Nothing negative

At check in the room was very clean House keeper didn’t clean the room well during the stay. Made the bed and swapped the towels. Didn’t refill soda, didn’t empty the trash daily, didn’t vacuum daily and didn’t replace coffee packets in the room daily.

New property, lots of room, good breakfast

They do need more help for breakfast. Several items remained empty for longer than usual. Counters and tables were very messy due to kids and their parents. Not enough help to clean up after those too privileged to do it themselves. After reporting the loud barking dog in the next room, we were told that EVERY room is pet friendly. Be aware if you have allergies! Pet friendly has gotten out of control with dogs being prioritized over paying customers. There should only be a block of rooms in one area that are designated for animals. Once those are booked, no more pets!!

Beautiful setting for the hotel. Room was very clean. Breakfast staff was overwhelmed on a few days with a lot of items needing replenished. Messy counters from the sloppy kids and parents. The property is listed as "pet friendly" which apparently means unfriendly for those of us who do not bring pets along. We had a very loud barking dog next door and when reported to the staff, she said that ALL rooms are pet friendly. If you have animal allergies, be aware of that. Pet friendly has gotten out of control any more. There should be only a certain number of rooms dedicated to having animals and those should be in one section of the hotel. Having the animals all over the hotel is unsanitary.
