Everything was great but we didn't know about the pet fee of $75 or the parking fees. Wish we were more informed about the extra cost.

Free breakfast was also a huge plus! My partner and I didn’t use the gym and pool but both spaces looked very clean and new. This is a great and affordable place to stay while in Flagstaff.

Tru by Hilton Flagstaff was spotless, modern, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made everything easy, the rooms were bright and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Flagstaff. A great stay from start to finish.

Staff were friendly and my hotel room was clean. The lobby area had various snack and food options, as well as a selection of wines. They also have a restaurant that does happy hour too. They have a small game room and they have a pool here. Although parking isn’t free, it was easy to park. I liked my stay as it was close enough to downtown flagstaff and the highway. My stay was quite nice.

We had a late night check in and stayed three nights. We were given a handicapped room even though my reservations didn’t indicate needing one. No carpeting and no couch. Room was large and clean which made up for the sparsity of the room. Lots of people with pets. Breakfast is served every morning and was pretty good.

The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Best stay we have had in Flagstaff to date.
