The cleanliness of the property and very accessible on things you needed like game boards, study area, tv, and restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast is also good. Just the staff are not that friendly enough like when we check in, staff don’t smile and very strict looking. I know it’s already night time and they are probably tired for the whole day. But overall, love the place. Thanks!

Excellent, brand new place to stay in Flagstaff with easy access to NAU, downtown and the SW area businesses. Our room was small and efficient and well suited to an overnight stay, maybe one more (ours was only 1 overnight).

Nate gave great advice on where to eat, Fat Olives. The stay was great until the power went out so i ended up taking a very cold shower. Other than that, great stay

Our room was not roomy. The room had only one chair. The breakfast was great. There was a seven dollar charge per day for parking. Everything was very clean.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was honestly the best part of the stay and the only reason we would consider coming back. The breakfast area was kept quite clean with a good array of options. The daily fees to park are a racket. From the moment you pull onto the property, you're met with neon signs everywhere demanding that you "Pay for parking... Or else!" Terrible first impression.

This is a animal friendly facility someones dog was constantly barking on the floor. Not hotels fault.

Location is good. It was clean. Synthetic fabrics for bedding are horrible!!! No coffee maker in the room.
