Lori was very helpful and accommodating however our room key did not work several times and had no smoke detectors.

I booked and paid for a suite and when we arrived we were givem a smaller studio room which was located at the farthest end of the property on the 2nd floor where i had to carry my luggage with pinched nerves in my back. I am a regular at this place and i believe that i was given this room because we were there for only one day on this occasion. The company is under new mgt and no consideration was given to our prior relationship. I was painfully disappointed. No mention was made of refunding the difference in room costs.

Exceptional

Great location. Was clean. Staff very friendly.

I love the location, the price is reasonable and the rooms are spacious!! The stairway about 10 steps away from my room had broken steps and closed off so had to walk from the other end of the hotel. Checked in to my hotel room with tissue floating in the toilet, I tried to flush it and the toilet was backed up. On top of that I didn't have any towels or shower mats. So I had to wait until the next morning to get someone to plunge it and get towels. Housekeeping walked in without knocking or announcing herself then proceeded to tell me "Oh I'm sorry I only been working here 2wks". I had a pitcher of water in the refrigerator, no forks, 1 spoon that was used with food still on it. I found a big hair by the night stand, I found rubber bands near the pillow. This isn't my first time staying her but my experience this visit wasn't the best

Lori, the general manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended!

Convenience

The room was Clean , parking was great. I was able to park almost at my room. It was quiet and I enjoyed my stay.

I always enjoy my stay here

The property had all the things that was needed for my trip. It was as if I was home. Property was very convenient with the location. It was easy to go out to the surrounding areas with ease. The parking lot and room was clean and accessible. The room was well lit and air conditioning was also very comfortable.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Great having a kitchenette for my extended stays. Lori is helpful and responsive. Will stay again.

Everything exceeds my expectations!!

Exceptional

Cozy room with full sized fridge, microwave, stove, coffee pot and a few dishes/ utensils/pots and pans and even some dish soap and paper towels. Even trash bags were supplied. . Everything was spotless&worked. It was quiet and in 1 or less miles there was Home Depot, Walmart, gas stations and many places to eat! A great place to stay if you’re in town for an event at the Florence center which is about 1 block away!!! The mattress and more blankets/pillows.

I liked everything about this visit. Could of had a bigger TV in the room. TV didn't work right after the storm, but maybe it was due to the weather. Another night stand might have been overall. But overall all it was great. I'll definitely visit again 🌟
