Very clean room.

Clean room, no hassle, plenty of parking, full kitchen and big refrigerator a plus.

When I arrived, I found an envelope taped to the office door with my name and room number. I feel that is a safety issue. The room was clean, but furniture was dated. My friend was joking about not wanting to sit on the couch, but we took our chances. I went outside to get something and came back to my friend screaming. There was a water bug crawling on the couch. We contemplating leaving, but it was a little late. I picked this place, because it had good reviews, but I will not be booking any future stays.

My only complaint is the room needed curtains. The blinds are nice! However the light coming in the room around the blind from the lights outside makes it hard to sleep!

Air Conditioner was very aloud and can hear the people TV next to us.

Mike always has the aur on when you arrive. Quick & easy registration.

Microwave was too small to be truly useful. Stove was very old… burners were not level. Lamps were innoperative. Bathroom sink and toilet water was dripping and constantly running. Shower curtain did not have a plastic liner, so water went everywhere. Refrigerator was rusty on the exterior. The concrete steps were falling apart.

Clean room. Quick check in and out. Great value.

The property was lovely and just what I needed.

The manager was very helpful! They have a grill outside off the parking lot with a bunch of utensils for you to use right there. I didn’t use it so check to see if you need charcoal and fluid. The coffee maker in the room works well. Bring your own filters, coffee and cream. There’s a Walmart up the road, a 10 minute drive for everything you need. The AC was set at 70 degrees when I got into the room, nice and cool. This is a great value hotel with some wear but the location really worked for me. Good if you’re just traveling I-95 also. They weren’t full so there was plenty of parking. Big lot. Washer and dryer worked well and the laundry room was clean.

Quaint place to stay, very quiet... Everything you need is close as far as shopping and restaurants...you can walk to the convention center.

The location was close to everything and it was very safe and was lighted up very well at night. The room was clean and had everything I needed the staff was friendly and very kind and I will definitely be coming back.
