The worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had out of hundreds of hotel stays.

Very clean hotel the breakfast was ok i didn’t like that they didn’t have any scrambled eggs.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The location was amazing to. The Florence Center

Breakfast options were good and plenty and room itself was decent and clean Floor was noisy and lumpy In Hall way. My room door kept getting stuck and was left unlocked before we got to our room upon checking in. No towels In Gym or pool area. They didn't see i paid rheu a third party when checking in and out.

Good location The building itself is old. And there are soft spots in the floor that seem a little unstable in the hallways. Probably needs some refurbishing in the hallways. There was a sticky substance on the carpet in the room and a dirty napkin under the bed. Also a little sad that they did not have the waffle batter to make waffles.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Air-conditioning was on perfect amount of temperature.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always nice place to stay all around. Will continue to make this my go to hotel in Florence.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests, which made the service feel inattentive and unprofessional. The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair visible in multiple areas. It also had a strong musty odor that made the room feel unpleasant. To make matters worse, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with poor quality food and limited appeal. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and breakfast fell well below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. If you’re driving down I-95 and need a room to stay at. Book this hotel.

Upon check in i was informed I had no reservation. Staff said since it was a 3rd party booking they could not help resolve the issue. I asked if they could contact booking.com and they said that they could not. U get the impression if there is a 3rd party booking they treat you like a 3rd class citizen. No attempt by staff to help resolve the problem. That's not good customer relations. I would think 3rd party bookings would be significant in booking rooms for them.²

U changed me $160 and on check out gave me $114 rate. Something smells

The location was perfect for what we needed The AC unit in the room was a bit loud but it worked

Breakfast was good but disappointed that there were no bananas or berries. Lack of fresh fruit - no bananas or berries and coffee not very hot. Air conditioning was noisy. No body cream in bathroom

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Didn't like paying for parking.
