Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast could use some upgrading. Milk was expired, waffle machine was broken, and coffee and food compared to similar area hotels were not near the same quality. Despite the bad food experience, still would consider staying again because everything else was good!

Seemed clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Nice excercise room. Check in was a bit slow, with a new staff member. Normal breakfast with eggs and bacon, etc. AC was ok. No bathroom fan.

Very clean hotel the breakfast was ok i didn’t like that they didn’t have any scrambled eggs.

Good location The building itself is old. And there are soft spots in the floor that seem a little unstable in the hallways. Probably needs some refurbishing in the hallways. There was a sticky substance on the carpet in the room and a dirty napkin under the bed. Also a little sad that they did not have the waffle batter to make waffles.

Breakfast options were good and plenty and room itself was decent and clean Floor was noisy and lumpy In Hall way. My room door kept getting stuck and was left unlocked before we got to our room upon checking in. No towels In Gym or pool area. They didn't see i paid rheu a third party when checking in and out.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Air-conditioning was on perfect amount of temperature.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always nice place to stay all around. Will continue to make this my go to hotel in Florence.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests, which made the service feel inattentive and unprofessional. The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair visible in multiple areas. It also had a strong musty odor that made the room feel unpleasant. To make matters worse, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with poor quality food and limited appeal. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and breakfast fell well below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
