I The receptionist (Brandy) and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel property was clean, updated, and very pleasant.

Everything was great! Breakfast was a good perk to have when traveling.

In general my experience was very good here. But the air conditioner in my room rattled more than normal for a hotel room. I’m a light sleeper so I had to cut it off for a few hours to sleep. But the staff was kind and helpful, and the facility was safe and clean.

4th of July weekend, the pool was green and nasty and not open, a part of the package I paid for. The carpet was ripped in places in our room. The door going outside lock wasn’t working and had to have someone repair it.

Bathroom did not have a shower curtain, I had to call to have somebody bring one up. The rooms are clean, however, breakfast was nonexistent. Excuse was that they lost power at night. However, staying at the same hotel did not notice any power loss.

Janice at front desk was fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful. All of the hotel personnel were very accommodating.

Easy to find off of highway but very loud people in surrounding rooms.

No problem parking Staff was very polite and helpful There was not to much to choose from during breakfast

Perfectly clean and New Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfectly clean with the most wonderful sheets and comforters and pillows! One minute drive to the Center where our concert was. Highly recommend.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and had the nicest staff. It was a really pleasant stay.

I could not get a printed receipt before leaving. Staff said printer was not working. I asked them to at least read me the charges. They said. I would receive a email receipt. So no pool, limited breakfast and no receipt

I booked this particular hotel through Hotels.com specifically because it has a pool. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was out of order. We were told by the clerk that the reservation was canceled. Later I found that the charge was non-refundable through Hotels.com. Lesson learned - I will NEVER reserve a room through Hotels again.
