Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Near Civic Center

I wouldn’t recommend, pretty beat down property. Not the best clientele

The floor was not very clean. Tub faucet leaking wouldn't turn off. Shower curtain not mounted right. Bed made a cracking sound when you tried to move. Sink faucet look like it was about 100 years old.

I was so disappointed. The images look so much better than it actually is. The vent was falling off in the bathroom. The smell of weed was everywhere. The alarm sensor was broken in the room. The access to the rooms is not convenient with multiple bags. The tv did not work. A bunch of cables everywhere. The lights in the nightstand did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs. We got to the breakfast at 7am and there were only waffles. Again nothing like it was promoted.

Will never stay at days inn again. Very unsatisfied!

Nothing was good the place is dirtye

I was told at check-in that there is a national towel shortage and asked if I would be needing any during my stay. I told them I would. They also do not offer housekeeping services. Room was clean upon arrival, but pretty sure floors haven't been mopped in a while because the bottom of my feet quickly became black after taking off my shoes. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never brought fresh towels. Guests upstairs were noisy and had children running around all night. I'm not sure what could have been done about that, I just mention it so you can keep it in mind when choosing your room. The signage indicated that it had recently been renovated. As far as location, it was convenient to shopping and restaurants and would be fine for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

Very clean. Last minute reservation, was treated very well!

If it wasn’t for the wonderful woman who checked us in I would have rated this place a 1. The shower was so gross. The power was shut off in the room so the mini fridge was dethawed completely and the freezer had a bunch of water and grossness inside. The outside of the property (stairwells etc.) were awful. The floor had a weird coating on it, almost like an oily feel. The property itself was truly terrible but again, the woman who checked us in was so nice

Customer service was great, hotel a little outdated, beds extremely squicky hard to fall asleep, floors sticky when walked barefoot, only sink faucet sprayed water all over, i guess you get what you pay for....

For the price the property was good. Rooms are much nicer then the exterior. Room is mostly upgraded, showers need work. But overall a good place to stay for a quick rest. We would come back again.

This place is definitely a homeless camp filled with roaches. Staff was nice but that’s about it. Do not get fooled by the recently remodeled sign. Beyond the lobby the place is no good and dirty

Spacious rooms… mold was on the ceiling and lamps, floor was sweating like to fell several times

Not in a good neighborhood and hotel looks like it has been filmed a few times on cops.

The best thing in this hotel is shower water pressure. Room hasn’t seen mop or duster in months. Neither did the sheets and bedding. Yuck

Breakfast puts almost nothing on them.

Easy to find.great restaurant right next door

Everything was Excellent

Staff was wonderful and the room was clean and well maintained. Only issue was a clogged shower drain. Bedding was clean.

The room was ok but it was a picture on the wall with some streaks of black something on it I was in room 234
