Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Near Civic Center

Convenient location. AC unit was in disrepair---noisy, control knob markings worn off, grill broken and hanging half off, and did not blow cold air. Room had a musty odor. Poor lighting.

Room was moldy and dirty. I don’t need amenities when I’m traveling for a purpose like 1 overnight. I do however expect a clean mold free room. A “value” is still a good amount of money to spend. I will say that the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and helpful. I was in the process of rescuing a dog and this hotels pet fee was very reasonable. I requested a first floor room and maybe that’s why it was moldy and musty? I need to clean up an “accident” the white cloth was filthy. Can’t imagine when the last time it was washed was? I would not stay here again.

Water on the floor in the room, also like a motel so some rooms are outside.

Did not have breakfast I checked in at 6:30 and I left at 10:30. I stayed four hours. Tried to go to sleep. Got up to go to the bathroom turn the lights on and there was bugs all over the floor crawling around. I went to the front and checked out horrible horrible experience worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will never stay at another days in as long as I live.

Dirty - staff was rude and lazy .

After the 3rd try- finally got a room! First one smelled like weed! Second one was already occupied! Third time a charm- however tv worked at night but in the am sound but no picture!!

Very nice staff the pool hours and cleanest of the pool The he bathroom could be cleaner it needs an update in the hallways

The location. Start tried to be accommodating. The rooms had a small. The pool was dirty as well as the bathroom. The air didn’t run correctly. The TV was poor quality in the three rooms we had One TV was replaced. We moved rooms one time.
