Clean room, AC excellent, front desk hostess very accommodating …location perfect

The rooms are beautiful and clean; all amenities are top-notch; the price is very reasonable for the the high quality. I will return again, for sure.

Check in was ok, good parking, room was clean, and location was excellent a lot of food & stores close which for me being there for work purposes was super convenient. I am going back to Florence for work tomorrow and will be booking here again. Thanks

This place was perfect too bad we were only staying for one night. We loved it. Definitely staying there again.

The pictures look NOTHING like the actual hotel. Mystery liquid was oozing across the walkway, paint was peeling and chipping on the exterior and it looked like.the bate’s motel. When we entered our room our bedspread had a visible hand wiping mark across it, the thermostat fan did not push air and never regulated the room temp, when checking to make sure we had all the correct settings we found a vibrator under the air handling unit on the floor. The bathroom and vanity had clearly been redone and did look nice. outside our room was a rusty gutter under the air unit and all rooms face the exterior. There was no chance I was going to try the breakfast Buffett after seeing the state of the building and rooms so I can’t comment on that. I knew we were going to a value hotel and we were fine with that, how 83% of us toners gave this place a good rating I beyond baffled by. Something can be a value and still show some level of pride in it’s appearance.

There was a nice size mini-fridge (with freezer area for ice packs), a new microwave, plenty of hot water…

The front desk staff was kind and knew what she was doing! The housekeeper stopped and asked if we needed anything else after tidying up while we were gone! Room and bathroom very clean, beds for us were very comfy and clean smelled clean also! Pool was a joy also clean! Very close to shopping and restaurants ! Would recommend and we would use this hotel again!

This is my 3rd year in a row stay at this establishment and the staff and everything is wonderful I’m looking forward to staying there in 2027 thank Quality Inn Florence .

I stayed a week prior, I noticed a towel on the ground by the pool, it was still there a week later. The waste can for the pet walking area had not been emptied, the odor was awful!

Staff seemed a bid uncaring Coffee machine didn’t pump properly and I’ve never seen a long line waiting to get coffee before. Staff was notified but didn’t seem to try and correct the problem.

We would stay again. The breakfast menu could include hot eggs. The coffee machine was a huge problem. They need a new pump carafe.

Nothing Staff was rude didn't explain about breakfast or facilities at check in. Room smelled gave us a high floor im disabled & have trouble walking. I asked for extra blankets they said they were sold out. It was a bad experience. They hardly put anything out for breakfast & put it away early. Dropped food was all over

This was the second time staying at this hotel (Quality Inn) on our way back from Florida to Delaware. The hotel is clean and there are a lot of food choices in the area.
