Quality Inn & Suites Florence Civic Center

Motel was decent company needs to revisit their policy on disorderly, abusive guest. 😳

Wonderful Na

We have stayed here many times, the rooms are large and clean and updated. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good. It is a very nice hotel. Can't really think of anything we didn't like.

Excellent Na

breakast

Although I have enjoyed many stays at a quality Inn, this particular day was not so good. The bathroom floors and linen had hair on them. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Outside of our room a car alarm went off every 20 minutes or so for several hours. Overall, not such a great stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and found this hotel to be a convenient, comfortable stop for an overnight trip. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and felt well cared for. We also appreciated being able to park directly in front of our room, and the well-lit parking lot added to the sense of convenience and security. The location is excellent, with easy access from I-95 and several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but it met expectations and included several hot items along with cereal and yogurt. Overall, this was a clean, friendly, and convenient hotel that worked very well for a one-night stay while traveling to Florida for the winter.

Superb

Great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Very good

Very good

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy and the room had everything needed. I didn't realize that room access was from the outside but I didn't pay attention when I booked the room so that's on me. Breakfast was good and everything was neat and clean . The AC in my room only worked correctly if the fan was on high. Otherwise it ticked like a clock. Very annoying but I forgot to tell the front desk at checkout.

It was an OK stay, nothing extraordinary about it. You enter the rooms from the outside. We were by the stairs so it was noisier than normal. Breakfast was skimpy - no eggs or meats.

Good

They remodeled the hotel from my last stay and it looks great

Our stay was very nice and special! We will definitely be back and refer our friends and family there when they travel to Florida! Thanks for the hospitality and cleanliness of your hotel!

Close to racetrack Only issue was check out was at 11am. Hsk tapped on my door at 9:30am and before I could get to the door, the key card was swiped and the door was opened by a male staff member. I had literally just gotten dressed 2 minutes before. Was not very happy about that.
