Breakfast finish earlier than schedule time Its too expensive but service was not good.

They had a pancake maker. The staff was very kind.

Easy to check in, complementary breakfast and easy to find location. Contrary to a lot of reviews online the staff is friendly and very helpful, also in a nice area surrounded by restaurants. I wish they had told us that we needed to be 21 to check in, there should be some sort of warning that way we could’ve prepared better.

Location and the services. The guests from upstairs have kids and they were making too much noise.

This hotel has a distinctive Chinese ambiance in the front lobby. The hotel is old, but the bathroom tiles, toilet, and shower have all been renovated and are clean. The only issue was the shower making noise while in use. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. It was as cheap as the hotel could offer as a complimentary meal. I hated to see sausages microwaved in a plastic bag (which is carcinogenic!). It's in a convenient location, just a few minutes to the subway station, good restaurants, and markets.

We stayed at the hotel overnight. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We had to get breakfast early because of early flight, so the staff opened the kitchen one hour early for us. He was very nice. The location is ideal, with a short distance to La Guardia airport

I like nothing there All display smells smoking even in the hallways. Elevator and the room very bad experience. I need really don't like to review. Low energy, but this one was really not what we expected.

Great Location...just 7 mins walk to the MTA station. Breakfast options very limited for vegetarians. Pillows could have been better.

Loved the location. Close to great restaurants, subway & even a shopping mall. Excellent friendly customer service at the check-in desk. Everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel was peaceful& quiet at night.

This hotel came through after our flight was delayed and then ultimately canceled close to midnight, they were very nice and friendly.
