Great value hotel! Excellent location for Citi Field and the US Open tennis center. Dated property but well maintained. Fitness area could use an update.

Comfortable room, had the basics. Convenient location for public transportation and fast food restaurants. Difficult to communicate with some of the staff. Included breakfast was poor. No tea available. Very limited food options.

Close to subway transport very clean room. Surrounded by Chinese culture shops and cuisine.

I was arriving later that I would have due to traffic. I called the prioperty about parking as I am handicap. The manager allowed me to park in his spot for the night. Which was great. I did pay the $28 nightly fee as well but did not have to deal with parking in a public garage.

They had a pancake maker. The staff was very kind.

Easy to check in, complementary breakfast and easy to find location. Contrary to a lot of reviews online the staff is friendly and very helpful, also in a nice area surrounded by restaurants. I wish they had told us that we needed to be 21 to check in, there should be some sort of warning that way we could’ve prepared better.

Location and the services. The guests from upstairs have kids and they were making too much noise.
