Everything was great! Super friendly at the front desk! Accommodating to us needing to check in early. Everything was perfect. Very clean and nicely updated rooms, the pool was great, and so was the free breakfast. All around a great value for the money! We came here because our condo we rendered through VRBO was infested with black mold, and this hotel was nicer and a quarter of the price! We will be staying again if we are in the area!

Nice hotel - close to Gulf Shores - stayed two separate nights on our vacation. Clean and pleasant staff. Would stay again!

My stay was good, definitely a workers type hotel. Bed was comfortable. Ice machine was on first floor not on second. No elevator just stairs

Only complaint was the toilet ran after flushing otherwise a great place to stay and great pricing!

The staff were great however, our toilet wouldn’t work and the front desk worker just said she didn’t know what she wanted us to do about it. Other than that everything was pretty good! Cheaper than coastside hotels so thats why we went there. Breakfast could definitely use a leg up but the biscuits and gravy were fire! We didn’y use the pool. Tv doesnt have streaming services. We made a mess while getting ready but the workers still made our bed and left everything else untouched so thats was great! AC is an older kind but still doable.

Everything is good as per the price and very clean, but breakfast has only two options: biscuits and sausage gravy and waffles, that's it.

Our 3 night stay was amazing. The hotel was clean, staff were extremely helpful when needed, and the property was quiet and pleasant. Absolutely no complaints and we will definitely be back. 10/10 for sure!!

The room was very clean, great beds. Partly updated; tub was "repair-painted" and some of the paint had peeled off, no problem, but not pretty. The room was partially updated, new granite counters. Just fine for our family, it is a great location for us. Pool was fine too.

Of disease or anything filthy!. The door that leads to the pool is very dirty and stanky cause of trash and people walking in and out, ice machine is moldy and stinks as well. Everytime we took a shower the tub filled up like it was clogged with hair or something in the drain. Water didn’t get very hot. Breakfast was disgusting nothing but packaged grits, and biscuits and gravy no options it’s simply “whatever we got here” horrible. No meat, not worth the price at all $400 on a hotel and it was horrible nothing worth the stay pick another place. Pool was always dirty, very just an unprofessional setting.pool shut down very early & the random deposits they asked for at check in and when it was time to leave they keep delaying sending my deposit back until I kept calling . Just choose another place overall

Very basic accommodations with a tricky front door. The crowd gathered outside on a Saturday night made us a bit nervous. She was very kind, but there was only one person manning Reception; checking in took a good half hour. The breakfast spread was unimpressive, and so we went elsewhere. For what you get, not worth the price.
