Our room smelled like mildew, like something was damp or wet!

The hotel was clean and breakfast options standard. Staff were very kind. Our one issue was the room felt very damp. This is an area with high humidity, but even the carpet and sheets felt damp. The window a/c split was having a hard time keeping up. Everything else was great and we were only there for one night.

Comfort Inn is the only place I stay when I come to Foley Al. The staff is always friendly, breakfast is good, and rooms clean. And the hotel smells amazing when entering and a great location to everything.

Very close proximity to everything. Rooms was nice and clean , staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really good as well

Location was good The smell was bad when we first got to the room black spots on ceiling in the shower was painted over shower water pressure was not good toilet seat was painted took A/C a while too cool off the room at 11pm when we got to the room

Had to change the first room because the carpet needs replaced smell like wet and damp mildew had to take allergies medicines. The 2nd room is the same not as bad as the first one but the bed makes noise every time you turn in the bed. Better choice of breakfast food , the fruit which were apples were old no and no fresh coffee during the day. I spend too much money at this location not to have a good experience. I really believe I deserve to have half of my money back and that's the god true. I was so disappointed.

The Ladies at the front desk were amazing especially the lady who worked the evening shift. The cleaning crew was friendly. Secure parking lights in the parking lot and the Location of the hotel.
