Whenever I travel, I try to stay at Home2 suites of their properties

We arrived and our room was not ready. So we left and came back. We asked about their pool and went to check it out only to find it was filthy with dirt and grime and leave. We asked them to clean it and was told they only clean it on Friday. So the pool was out for us. So when we got into our room the room was good until the people upstairs came and stayed up all night so therefor we got 2 nights of no sleep and no help from the staff at all. Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had a great time there. I’ll definitely recommend friends.

Sent an email to the company. I don’t have your email otherwise I would love to send you a picture with mold in the bathroom,

I did not like that we bought food for our trip and got to the hotel late and put all our refrigerated food in the refigerator and all was wasted due to the fridge not working and was told I would be compensated for the food and was not. Besides that, all was good.

Everything was great. Would stay here again.

Not much help trying to get room cleaned since I skipped one day we weren’t “allowed” to have them come the next because it wasn’t on their schedule. Breakfast was always chaos, also zero flavor. Door to bathroom hard to open, fridge leaking, digital keycard worked part of the time and laundry was out of order. It was ok but not for the amount.

Just not what you expect for the price and for it being a Hilton. Feel like got ripped off.

Location Room for as not ready at check in which was 4:00. Also I hey sheets didn’t appear to have been changed. I was able to get new ones and change them.

Nice staff and clean room.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is delicious and ha a variety of food. I was able to bring my dog with me. The suite was very spacious and equipped with a kitchen… Not stove, but everything else! The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs to get clean towels or anything we needed downstairs. They don’t clean the rooms everyday, so we had to sweep the sand from the floor in the bathroom with towels because the personal have certain days to come to your room.

We enjoy the breakfasts every morning.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Dirty room dirty pool smelly workout rm broken laundry machine terrible breakfast broken drawer in bathroom ..no help ever at front desk. saw maintenance smoking in lobby while breakfast going..shall I go on? everything

Good distance from the beach and very convenient to restaurants but not so clean. We waited at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes before anyone came to help. There was spoiled food in the refrigerator and dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. There was a giant cockroach in the hallway.

Check In & that’s it. I couldn’t stay there. I asked for refund because the carpet was nasty, It wasn’t vacuumed/tub looked nasty with mildew or mold on it by the faucet. Dirty socks in sofa sleeper & the sheets were in shreds plus two things that looked like bed bugs. I have printout from hotel showing $0 balance. House keeping

The breakfast bar seemed to be set up neatly.The location was in Foley. The breakfast selection did not include any items that didn’t include pork but seem to have other selections guest enjoyed.
