Staff was super sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were 6 of us 4 kids and 2 adults. My daughter loved the smell of the shampoo and body wash. Would stay here again!!! It was a short drive to the warf.

Checked out 1 day early and before I checked in I asked if I checked out early would I get a refund and the front desk said if I gave them 24 hours notice I would. I gave them 28 hours notice and the guy working said he would put a note on it. Then day of check they refused to give me 1 day refund. I’ll never stay at this property ever again after being lied to

Had a good stay. Lot of noise from upstairs one night but the attendant took care it right a way. Good breakfast each morning, friendly staff.

Hotel was nice clean, staff was welcoming & they allowed us to check in early than the 4:00 time. It is in a great location for shopping, eating ,& water park. I definitely will book here again.

Overall check in was a breeze, convenient location, the rooms were clean, I do wish it was able to be colder and the beds were too soft (personal preference) but overall would stay again.
