Room was great! Very spacious fir our family. Close to everything

The room was very clean, staff and parking were great. The only problem my husband had was that the bed was only 19 inches tall and at the age of 76 and 74 it was difficult getting out of bed. The bed itself was comfortable.

Rooms need cleaning every day! Dressers need to be placed in rooms. Furniture placement in room needs attention. We remember when Hampton Inns were excellent! Sorry they are no longer…

Change up the hot breakfast a bit

Clean room. Staff was nice. Breakfast is great. Quick turn around trip. Very close to the water park. Parking was great too.

Chelsea and Carmen made our stay extremely wonderful they were beyond helpful and friendly.

Was good for our one night stay. We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else was fine with our room

This place was on point, across the board. Clean, comfortable, friendly, great breakfadt provided, and the mattress was among the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. We would stay again, and stay longer!

Room was clean and worth the price. The kitchen was Not really a kitchen more of a kitchenette just consisted of a sink, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was different everyday and was delicious.

Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. Never had an issue. Right off the parkway so had things in either direction to see. Not too long of a drive to gulf shores beach. Only two drawbacks were we had a 3 day stay, and the sign in the bathroom mirror says rooms will be serviced every other day. We never had housekeeping come in our 3 day stay. The other is- the walls are thin and the hotel was booked. You could hear every dog bark, loud conversation and heavy footsteps. It's not so bad if you didn't come to stay in the room, until dogs bark at every sound at 3 am. Breakfast did exactly was it was supposed to do. Our flight ended up getting delayed to the next day after we checked out, so we came back and stayed a 4th night, which says it all. Good stay, would recommend if you are visiting the area.
