Exceptional

Nice location near restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Southern hospitality at its finest! The handicapped room had beds that were very low to the floor. My husband had trouble getting out of the bed. I was told it was made for those in wheelchairs to make it easier for them to get out and on to the bed. It was a misunderstanding on my part.

We came into town for a soccer tournament - this was a great location, 5 minutes to the fields. Our room was large and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was great. Hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was okay, turkey sausage would be good on the menu like Holiday Inn hotels have. The coffee wasn't hot. The bed pillows needs replacing, very worn down. The bathroom door needs lubrication,made loud noise. Bathtub needs updating to a shower. No body wash. Entry key to room took several swipes to open.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was easy and good with options for everyone.

Location and staff Room was dirty. Gym on headboard of bed, bathroom dirty; I really wish they would have brought clean towels and made sure trash was emptied and toilet paper restocked every day instead of every other night. That was the first hotel I’ve stayed in that did it that way. The breakfast was exactly the same both days. The waffles were delicious but it would have been nice to have bacon as an option.

Friendly staff A/C wasn’t working in our room and all rooms were booked so we were given a small desk fan and promised a discount on our stay

The front receptionist both during check in and check out were very friendly. The room itself was neat and kept clean, kudos to the housekeeper. Would definitely stay there again.

Unbelievable.... Hampton Inn with $100 beds. The beds were absolutely horrible... and almost on the floor. I've been to many Hampton Inn hotels and never saw this! These were $100 bag beds... and the floor?! The contractor who built this hotel... wow. Did it even get inspected... we felt so bad for the people below us how cheaply the floor was...! Cracking making noises... and then.. it happened! Someone checked in to the room above us.. making all the walking noises you can imagine! So disappointing... I thought we found our hotel when we come in every week... my back still hurts from that bed. Everything else was great! Breakfast was the best I've had at the Hampton Inns. Clean hotel... the room was beautiful. Beds and flooring ruined our stay... and future stays as we won't be back. Sorry. We can even deal with the floors... with a normal bed but those beds are ridiculous! Email me when you get some actual beds.
