Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. Never had an issue. Right off the parkway so had things in either direction to see. Not too long of a drive to gulf shores beach. Only two drawbacks were we had a 3 day stay, and the sign in the bathroom mirror says rooms will be serviced every other day. We never had housekeeping come in our 3 day stay. The other is- the walls are thin and the hotel was booked. You could hear every dog bark, loud conversation and heavy footsteps. It's not so bad if you didn't come to stay in the room, until dogs bark at every sound at 3 am. Breakfast did exactly was it was supposed to do. Our flight ended up getting delayed to the next day after we checked out, so we came back and stayed a 4th night, which says it all. Good stay, would recommend if you are visiting the area.

The beds were not good. Flat to the floor and very little support.

The sheets on the bed were so clean and had a great bleach clean fragrance. The breakfast was phenomenal. Nothing!

It was ok I was never offered towels and rags. There was no lotion or soap in the bathrooms.

The staff could not locate my reservation. I just paid out of pocket. The staff advise they would handle. I paid Booking and Hampton for my two night stay. What should I do now. I am owed a refund from one or the other. Please help
