Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Foley

Very good

Seemed fairly new, modern, had a suite with full size fridge and two burner flat cook top which was nice for not eating out. Staff was great and it was a nice convenient location.

the elevator was broke , no fault of their own upon check in I was told we would get $20 off our stay and a $10 credit for the market. Never received either and I have now called twice and was told a manager would call me back and that has yet to happen. Don’t promise something if you aren’t gonna follow through

The only issue we experienced is that the elevators were not working and apparently hadn’t been working for sometime. We were not advised if this upon making the reservation nor prior to us arriving. We were a family of 6 traveling with an infant. One of our family members had COPD and doing the stairs was almost impossible.

The property itself was situated in a quiet area off of the main road. It was sheltered by woods and restaurants and market on the one side. There was plenty of parking as well. I felt very safe even when I was entering or exiting the hotel early in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly in the room was clean. The only thing that was difficult was the elevator was not working for the entire entirety of our stay and we were on the third floor, so we had to go up and down the stairs and the exit door that led to the parking lot was extremely heavy.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! We had to book last minute and they were very accommodating. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was the elevator was out for the entirety of our 6-night stay.

The hotel was clean, staff were great and we enjoyed the amenities.

Elevator was broken, our room wasn’t clean when we arrived and had to be more to a different room. Overall our experience was good after we were able to get checked in.

The room was ok, and the hotel itself was nice. Parking was no problem at all. The pool was nice, the only knock is that their elevator was damaged by a recent storm and they have not gotten it fixed by the time our stay was. I think it was due to be fixed early the next week but our stay was over by then. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast was okay, I have had much better free continental breakfasts but the egg bites and waffles helped, but not a lot of drink or cereal options. Other than that, the actual cleanliness of the hotel in general and pool was good.

Broken elevator. Had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The elevator had been broken for days.

The room was not as clean as it should’ve been especially the bathroom, the elevator was out due to a storm, and there could’ve been an offer for some service recovery. By the time we got down to have breakfast around 9:15 AM, there was nothing left.

We would have left earlier but I had already paid. The place is attractive but the service was the worst that I have ever experienced.
