Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Foley

Everything was great

The staffs, breakfast were excellent. The lobby and extra equipment was clean. Our room had bugs, big roaches. We had to sit all our suitcases and bookbag on higher grounds.I tried to call the manager and supervisor three time on this matter but the supervisor wouldn't call me back or anything. My family and I wouldn't be staying at this place anymore.. I have pictures of the bug in our bed.

Great place friendly staff

I will start with the bad. Upon arrival the first thing I was asked was did I want to downgrade my room.I was like no.I seen a couple of ants on the ac by the window...No big deal at first...Then we started seeing flying ants on the bed by the ac 👀. It was 2 many to deal with so I reported the issue.They gave us a downgraded room and offered 40% off...I was like cool we will take that...We missed dinner that night because we had to move rooms so we decided to stay another night...Y'all the 2nd room had baby cockroaches...Determined to enjoy our last night we ordered raid and max defense from Walmart...and when we reported this she kept saying we don't usually have a bug problem. I told her to come to 305 and 312 and see for herself. I also showed her on the photos I took. I told her this is a hotel...you can have bugs...But I don't do bugs so this definitely inconvenienced us...We ended up leaving before day because when I seen one on my baby bed that was it....Now, what has really made me upset is nobody seems to remember saying they would do 40% off the original 3 nights...And no one has sent a email with an updated receipt. Nobody has called...I didn't want to leave this review and I really wanted to give the hotel another try because other than the bugs we loved it! The location was nice,the breakfast was good, my kids loved the pool, and the staff was nice. Anthony and Tricia were 2 names I remember.They were great. You will have to try this one for yourself.😌

The property was very nice and clean! All of the Staff was so nice, helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely book again! Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. I left my ring and the housekeeping kept it until I came back! The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit area was great for sitting and relaxing!

Great stay and very accommodating staff! Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was wonderful

The property and hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. My issue was that I COULD NOT get turn down service. We were 4 people in a room, 2 of them small children and I like my bed to be made and trash taken out when we are gone for the day. These rooms were not cheap, and I don’t think it is too much to ask. When I did ask, they said they were too busy.

The Cobblestone Hotel is a very nice hotel and located in the middle of all attractions, but not in a busy area. The hotel was very clean and amenities were great. The hotel staff were awesome as well. Mrs. Kris was very informative about what the hotel had to offer and pointed out where everything was located. She even suggested restaurants near by. She made my stay feel like home. Also, made my visit over the top and I will visit Cobblestone again.

We just got home from a wonderful 5 day stay at Cobblestone Inn Foley. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Every person we encountered was so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s close to everything. It was me, my Mom and two kids and we felt safe the entire time. We ate at the restaurant next door Wolfs Bay and it was delicious. The breakfast was great every morning. My kids loved the food and the pool. We spent a day at OWA and it was literally 3 minutes from the hotel. We WILL be back to this property! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here.

Good foley lication

This hotel is falsely advertised as good. It is dirty and unmaintained. It has mold in the showers, detached trimming, stains all over the walls, big gaps in the doors. It is unsafe for families. It smells like weed and mold. Do not stay here! The place is scary. Someone was running around back and forth on second floor all night. We couldn't wait to get out. Rooms have huge doors leading to the outside with no protective barriers. Dirty mens boxers on the court yard.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect and we will return.

Great Stay

Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was decent as well. The hotel staff was nothing less than amazing! Check in was smooth had a 3 night stay while we visit Trophic Owa which is directly next door for my daughters 7th bday. The staff also did a bday sign in the lobby and gave cupcakes for her bday. So sweet of them. If I ever visit Alabama again wouldn’t stay anywhere 10/10 would definitely recommend Cobblestone to anyone.
