The rooms were great and they were extremely friendly

The property was clean, room was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud! We would have liked to enjoy the patio area but couldn’t for a few of the evening as others were partying out there with people who were not hotel guests! We would stay again. This hotel also seems to host a lot of young sports teams so if you are traveling for sports it’s close to all of the facilities in foley area and if your not traveling for sports expect to see a lot of youth sports travel kids and their families.

Decent breakfast. More like snacks, staff however was very kind and welcoming. Will be back again!

We had ants in our kitchen other than that we had a really good stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My 19 yr old granddaughter traveled with friends for a Senior trip to OWA and the staff were kind and helpful. It made her first solo trip a good memory. And, right by OWA. They traveled to/from the hotel to park and made it super safe.

Didn’t use the amenities. Staff 5 🎖️. On suggestions is more handicap parking and the hot water is VERY hot…. I had a very very warm shower and the water handle was still in the cool-cold range

Staff were very disinterested. Nobody at the desk to check us in . Had to wait for her to come to the desk because she was on her cell phone. Breakfast ended right at 9 which was too early. No luggage rack in room, had to just use the table.

We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Foley at OWA! Even though we only stayed one night, we were very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the amenities were excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location is also fantastic, especially if you're planning to visit OWA. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel was mostly great, but the fire alarms went off six times or more, which was frustrating to say the least. Obviously in an actual emergency situation this wouldn't even be a problem, but there was apparently some sort of technical issue and the alarm kept triggering over the course of a couple hours in the wee hours of dawn. I ended up checking out very early in the AM because it just wasn't worth going back to the room over and over anymore.

When we arrive my room air was not working properly. My room was also full of mold

Property was in good condition and well maintained. Staff were all great. Room had a small kitchen which was nice. On the downside, the fire alarm was pulled at 5:00 a.m. Went off agin about 5:45 and again shortly thereafter. Made for a long day, but not their fault. Later in the week we were there, a LARGE group of cheerleaders came in to use the sports complex next door. That made use of some facility areas not so pleaant, but they were all orderly and quiet by about 10:00 p.m. Just be aware the properrty is close to a large sports complex and amusement area. Could be a lot of kids at times and variable experiences. Would go back again.
