Front desk staff, can’t remember her name, red hair with tattoos was really helpful and went above and beyond, really appreciated it.

Corridors were really dirty, rooms were ok

I stayed in this hotel three times and I really like it my grandbabies love the pool we like the breakfast. The rooms are clean the whole building

I stayed at this hotel like five years ago and I went back this year in May. I really like that place and I end up staying at third time because my flight got canceled on May 14 so I stay another two

Well laid out and customer friendly

Hard to find entrance. Drive into a garage and the arrows all point against you. Can’t find the entrance to the lobby. Very “sketchy” and downtrodden neighborhood. Didn’t bother to even check in and went elsewhere. Will never stay there and do not recommend it to anyone.Two thumbs DOWN!

I give this hotel a 9/10 the reason for that is because my TV only stayed on channel 9. I was not able to change the channel. I didn’t go to the front desk to ask for assistance because I was leaving the next morning, but I did inform them so they can have someone come and reset the TV or fix the problem.

The room was clean and the staff was very responsive

I loved the property, The staff were awesome. I didn’t use pool nor the gym but everything else. Breakfast, quick bite for dinner and snacks all were perfect.

Clean & comfy room - we booked because there was a shuttle to & from the airport. Everything was wonderful. We will stay again next time we are in the area. The pool on the roof looked awesome but we didn't have time to use it. Landed at midnight & had to leave by 7:00 am the next day. We loved that the shuttle was always there! I didn't have any complaints.
