Really bad condition

Condition. If we could give a rating of 0, we would. The first thing when we open the door of the room in a horrible foul smell. There were cracks and broken wall and blinds. There were molds in the washroom. We had originally booked multiple nights but we had arrived late so we decide to stay so we can make arrangements for another hotel. Luckily, we contacted Expedia customer service and the rep was able to help us with the refunds for the remainder of the other nights and we booked another hotel.

The front office staff were super helpful, but a drastic change is needed in the way the rooms are managed. The floors in the room were sticky, The kitchenette had a broken Stove and the faucet was broken. The beds were good to sleep on.

Great two and a half stars

First off, the rooms smelled bad. As soon as I opened the door to my room (106) the blinds that are in the kitchen window is broken, the stove and floor were not cleaned at all. The bathroom tub flooded the toilet did not flush. The Employees kept telling us to flush the toilet hard and multiple times so it can go down. The TV didn't work at all. The 3 beds were supposed to be Queen size and they all were Full. I claimed all of this especially the beds and the staff said that the beds were queen. But as soon as I told them I work with furniture and I know the sizes they got uncomfortable. All the walls, toilet and tub were so dirty, you can actually see the fingerprints and hair from the previous tenants. The blankets had blood stains on them. Especially the one used as decorative covers. There were many wholes on the walls and doors. In terms of the flooded tub they offered us to use another rooms shower but never came back with the key for us to use. All 11 of us ended up using the only bathroom in the next room. During the next morning we were the ones to unclog the tub because after we were promised maintenance to do the job they never appeared. This Inn should not be recommended to be in this App. Sorry to say. We were sold many accommodations that were NEVER met. And today before checkout we found roaches in the only room (105) where the tub worked. We were offered a discount but the person that was in charge was too busy. I was told she'd call in and hour it's been 7

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and there was a Walmart about 500m away. A really nice restaurant was within 200m of the hotel. There were a range of various shops available within a short drive as well.

The wrost place I have ever been, this place should be close immediately. The pictures they show aren't how the rooms are. The rooms are dirty, smelly, old they need a lot of maintenance. Roaches running everywhere. Blood in the bathroom. The walls are dirty... I would never recommend no one spend any minute there.. Don't get caught because of its price, it's not worth it.....

The most unique part of the hotel is that there is roaches everywhere you look like being in the Amazon

Though the room was very out dated and smelled something awful, the staff was very kind and the sheets/towels/shower were clean. I would stay again.

14 years ago when I lived in Framingham, this was a beautiful property, but I wouldn’t even let a homeless person reside here they do not have breakfast. They do not have toilet paper in the room. The towels had spots on them, the bedding was filthy. The tub had hair and disgusting brown stuff in it. If I had not booked this through a third-party website I would’ve left, but I was left with no choice.

Why stay here? It is relatively inexpensive for the area and as others have noted, if all you need is a clean room for the night they have what you want.

Totally waste of money. A/C is not working. Sink and bath tub is not draining.

It nasty I can't even thatch anything so old staff and very dirty I didn't stay I sleep in my car it very old motel

This motel is terrible. Never recommend

it was absolutely disgusting! I am positive they did not clean the room after the last guest checked out. stains on sheets, hair in shower & on counter, sticky counters, found a used flosser between the towels, over all dirty looking and smelled like cat piss!

I would like to inform you that this was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place was the filthiest room I’ve ever seen but not even that had to change rooms because the first door didn’t lock.bathroom was horrid and reviews of bugs in other rooms. I didn’t even stay at the hotel because of how bad it was. The second room was ever dirtier. I am demanding a refund for my money because almost 400 dollars for a room I didn’t stay in and a room that wasn’t even clean is not professional.

If you need a place to sleep, you could do worse behind a dumpster but that’s about it. Gross. Gross. Gross.
